Best service I have ever experienced in home renovation project. We used this company to supply and remove a large waste bin and while it seems like a small service in relation to a big renovation project.. WOW, employees are amazing. Phone is always answered by professional, kind and knowledgeable staff. Staff are willing to understand and actually help! They were able to meet needs on last minute change in schedule. Note to company - you have a special thing going on there keep up the amazing customer service!

When my recent home renovation project timeline changed suddenly, I figured I'd be out of luck for a garbage bin. It was the Friday before a long weekend, and we needed it on Monday. I emailed Heave Away over the weekend and had a bin in my driveway on Monday. On a holiday. I was very impressed from the start.
They came and emptied it when we needed, even more quickly than they were scheduled, and picked it up when we were done.
When there was a slight billing issue, I called and spoke to them and it was resolved within 5 minutes with no hassle.
Every time I emailed or called, I got responses right away. The staff are all friendly and professional.
The customer service, the price, and the service itself were all excellent.
This is a great option for a home renovation and worked perfectly for us.
Highly recommended. In fact, I have already recommended them to some people.

We called Heave Away and were greeted by a very professional and knowledgeable employee. Our requests were meet immediately and our 3, 8 yard bins were delivered to our warehousing/construction site the same day. We also found the pricing to be very reasonable. Great service all around, and we are glad to support local.
