Heartland was great to work with for our event. We worked with the Heartland team to get all the materials we needed which included toilets, hand wash stations, dumpster,garbage bins, gray water waste bins and fencing. This was the first company I have worked and based on the prices that were given they were affordable prices. Communication with Farhad and his team before during and after was good. Adam was amazing on site when he arrived with his team. They placed everything where I needed it to go quick and also had great suggestions based on his experience working on many similar jobs. That was an added and welcomed bonus so thanks Adam. They went above and beyond when getting a few extra materials that we needed and were very prompt in getting them. They made me feel very comfortable to ask for help and more than willing to help to make the event a success. We look forward to working with heartland again. Thank you.

Completely dropped the ball on ordering a portable toilet for our annual charity BBQ and after frantically searching for local companies I found Heartland Disposal’s website. When I called I was put through to a gentleman named Mike who was very polite and helpful and assured me that they would be happy to help accommodate my super last minute request! I spoke to them at 11:00 am and they had the toilet delivered to our event location outside of Gibbons by 3:00 pm. I am so impressed with their level of professionalism and their speedy service. Will definitely use them again next year!

Called about the condition of a portable toilet at Meadowlark in Edmonton this week, and in less than half hour they came and not only clean it up, they replaced it with a new one. Pictures advertised on the website are not accurate to size nor description.
The bin that showed up was smaller than in the advertised site, looked nothing like the blue bins with branding.
The service coordinator Mike was unprofessional, pushy, and rude.
I had ordered from the pictures on the website advertising the correct size bin and upon arrival it was a much smaller and looked nothing like the pictures on the website.
The Driver also did not follow my instructions to park the bin on the street and destroyed our grass on our lawn.
Meanwhile attempting to invite himself on the property.

Do yourself a favor and find another garbage company

We have used Heartland disposal with multiple bins for our acreage cleanup...they have excellent customer service! The office staff is prompt with emails and communications. The drivers are super professional and back those bins down our 800 foot driveway with ease. They also communicated once they arrived. Super happy with the experience here...wouldn't hesitate in our future to use this company again if we ever needed to! 10 out of 10!!

I just hosted a 3 day outdoor music festival, and used Heartland for the porto service as well as a gate rental. They were both professional and friendly to deal with, even when I realized that I forgot to ask for a daily cleaning service. They were able to help accommodate our needs and we even got a lot of compliments from attendees that the portos were the cleanest that they'd ever seen at a festival. Will be using the services again in the future.

I rented a block of portapotties, hand wash stations, as well as several roll off bins from Heartland for a large event in Edmonton last weekend.

Their service is unmatched, the pricing is great and their attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond for their customers was great.

I would highly recommend Heartland and will definitely be using their services again in the future.
