I am rating this company five stars because I value communication more than anything. This company is king in that. They communicate promptly and respond to requests with lightening speed. I mean their customer service is top notch! I wish there was a higher score to rate them cause I’d gladly give them 7 stars or even 10 stars. Amazing team⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Fantastic customer service. I’m so pleased I found this company to work with. Also helps my company look good because they do 90% diversion from the landfill. Amazing!🤩 I wish I could give them 7 stars but 5 is the maximum here. I highly recommend them.

Unfortunately our review is very similar to many already posted. It seems like this company is incapable of learning from their mistakes and cannot accept fault in any way.

Our condo corporation has never dealt with such a poorly run, unprofessional, and unreliable company such as Harvest Recycling. Our weekly service was missed regularly and we were always given the excuse of trucks being broken down, not enough drivers to service the business, or poor weather (even though we witnessed many other waste collection companies operating on those days).

The trucks would often leave a major mess (debris or smelly liquid spills) all over our roadways as well.

After multiple missed pickups and messes left, we opted to end our contract with Harvest. They won’t even come to pick up their own bins/business property and keep giving our property manager the run around. The business owner (Peter) even laughed at our property manager and said “good luck” when they told him the bins would be removed from our property.

I would definitely stay away from using this company for waste/recycling services. There is no service or integrity and we have heard they are now losing business all over the city. It is not surprising considering their current business model.

Update May 2023 - They have seemed to get their problems corrected and have been providing reliable service since the winter.

Update Nov. 2022 - Unfortunately our experience has recently changed with this company from a 5* experience to a 1*. We have not had our garbage picked up for over 3 weeks? now (on a weekly pickup schedule) and attempts to get an estimate of pickup time are getting the run-around. The bin is overflowing and our tenants are frustrated.

We own a 10 unit apartment building in Crescent Heights, Calgary. After much research in early 2019 our garbage collection was changed from SuperSave to Harvest Recycling in May 2019. It has been a fantastic experience. With SuperSave we had constant additional charges and fees but with Harvest Recycling it has been one flat price since we started. They have been extremely reliable. Thanks guys!

Extreme lack of professionalism. We rented four recycling bins from Harvest Recycling in July 2021. I have contacted them 24 times to have these bins removed and I either get sent to a voicemail by the receptionist or she ensures me she will pass on the message. After 5 months of waiting to get in touch with a representative myself and Harvest have scheduled 3 different pickup dates and their employees have yet to show up. Please give your business to a more reputable and professional outfit.

DON'T TRUST THIS COMPANY OR ANY OF THEIR EMPLOYEES!

Gets work done to their garbage trucks on an emergency service call to the dump, over a month ago and hasn't paid their bill of over $1000. Won't answer any calls or emails, decided go to the address listed above and ask them to pay their bill this morning and surprise surprise - even the security guard doesn't know who they are. This company has a false address on their website. When you call to collect payment, they give you the run around and then stop answering. SUPER UNPROFESSIONAL
