Don't buy anything electronic!!! They won't give you a refund, they sell defective merchandise and then even when you report it within a day of purchasing, they don't give a refund if you are even 1 day later than their 30 day refund policy. Apparently you are supposed to open boxes and check and make sure things work, before you purchase them, according to the store Mgr. because 'they don't have time to check things before they are sold.'

I am very disappointed in what Habitat has now become. I have volunteered in the biulding of new homes for our fallen soldiers' family program. My wife and I have supported the store outlet on multiple renovation projects on our own. Went there the other day to find a set of used faucets for an outdoor gardening center only to find that they now only carry new ones at $250.00 on average. Decided to look around the store only to find that they are being run like a box store and not the non-profit outlet of past.... shame on you !

Incredible store with super helpful staff. If you're building, renovating or want really good quality second hand furniture at very affordable (and negotiable) prices. Literally dozens of brand new doors, fixtures, tiles, etc from new condo buildings that were extras - and you pay a fraction of tje cost you'd pay at Home Depot - and it goes to a great cause! WIN WIN!

Great store and fun to look around. Bought tile for our new kitchen, door locks and three light fixtures. Great prices. Besides that, I felt good supporting Habitat. Nice warehouse like facility! Will come back for sure!

This location is getting crazy on their price points... Any item I looked at with interest you can find cheaper in store... 2 of the same chandeliers were priced at a $400 difference. Even with the monthly promos of 30% off several items were just barely below retail, for used / damaged items. I was able to find a couple gems at REASONABLE prices. Personally I'd rather buy new for an extra 30-40$ and get a guarantee / warranty on most items. Also you can get tiles for half the price at the Burnaby locations. Personally I'm avoiding this location now.

I went in to help a friend pick up a dresser. He said it was solid wood, which is very rare and it was. He got it for a great price. I had a quick look around and found it tidy, clean and organized. I'll go back and shop again.

This place is awesome. If you're looking for good used furniture and in the store beside it any kind of building supplies. What a find

I walked in with fifteen minutes to close. Looking for a bed. Three clerks were sitting around on the furniture, chatting. Nobody acknowledged my existence. A few minutes of me wandering around trying to locate price tags and the manager come out from the back, looks at me, and says "we're closing in four minutes bud (it was ten to five). If you want to buy anything you gotta pay for it and get out before then. We don't get paid overtime." Unbelievably rude.

This plus half the items are garbage, ripped, scuffed, damaged and being sold for basically full retail prices.. insane. What a joke.
