Nope! Got denied claiming my income isn’t sufficient PLUS I don’t have good credit. I can more than afford a mortgage. And if you need to have good credit just go through the regular avenues! More like habitat for money.

This has to be one of my favorite places to go to get items I may need for my place. Really good prices and very helpful staff!

Over the last few year this place has gone completly downhill from selling broken furniture for hundreds of dollars to selling speaker equipment that is completely totalled (drivers smashed in some even ripped completely out) for $40-$200 and when you ebay then they sell for $15 used in New condition. This is a place for lower income families to try and find something they would normally never be able to afford in their budget and what is sold here by the local owner is nothing but garbage. I work for a company that donated huge amounts of good to them but now after seeing stuff we gave for free with over $100 price tag we will no longer be supporting the greed that the owner shows. This is obviously just a tax write off and a way for him to get free objects to sell online elsewhere. Avoid this place at all costs.

Selling used for construction stuff usually 1/2 price from original. The stuffs like pipe , bathroom accessories , lots of used bath tub which are still looking good

Wouldn't bother with this place anymore. Often times you can get products new for less, and their pricing on other items is out to lunch. It's as bad as value village now.

I went to donate some stuff and they came out and told me donations were closed because they had no one to receive the donations. Two employees came out to tell me this. It was baffling your outside talking to me just take the donations. I have been going here for years and I loved the store but its seems to have gone downhill. I won't go back.

I recently moved to Kelowna from Ontario. When I saw your store, I was delighted because I know this chain of stores in Canada. On the first occasion I visited your store, I realized that I needed a lot for my new business in Kelowna. So I met a wonderful lady - Diana. Every question received a quick and complete answer, recommendations and an open desire to help me. I am very grateful to Diana for her huge heart, friendliness and professionalism. It's not enough words ro thank you, dear Diana.
