Outrageous pricing.
This location use to be great but has since started charging retail price for most items.

They print out the highest price they can find of an item and tape it to it so you seem like your getting a deal - just to find out the product is on sale for the same price or less at the big box stores… and you get a return policy.

Go to the New location at stone church or Burlington instead. I’ve found numerous of the exact same items for cheaper at those locations.

Amazing, friendly, customer service, I was helped right away for the items I came in for. This is my favorite location to come to. Rachel and Theresa solidifie that. They were so helpful and attentive I will always come back because of them, wonderful ladies.

I went to the store on Stonechurch and made a couple of purchases. The staff were helpful, professional and friendly. I then went down to the one in Nash Rd and was not at all impressed. They had several gentlemen selling something just as you walk in. I told them politely that I was not interested. They would not let up and approached me 3 times. I was polite the 2nd time but not so polite the 3rd times as they disrespected me. I am there to shop for my home renovations, not to be hassled by aggressive salesmen. I will not be returning to the Nash Rd location.

Our local restore. Always worth a stop in to see what is happening. Great staff, lots of parking. Highly recommended. Looking forward to our next visit.

Staff are very friendly but I found the pricing was surprising high compared to other locations. Lots of free parking though

Absolutely rip off , obvious donations , marked way up by a bunch of greedy ,rude employees, total embarrassment to the good people who try to help out with there donations. Makes me wonder what they actually do with the money ? The Rymal store is run by Crystal ,very dishonest.
The person who has a review on this web site . lazy , rude people . Bad experience all around

I have found many items here. Chairs, tables, tools. You never know what you will find. Although some items are overpriced. Think of the source they come from and the quality of the product. Some things are brand new. Your money is going to charity towards building homes for people in your community. Overall this Habitat location is my favourite. Real sense of community volunteering here.
