They are the rudest customer service I have ever come across. They have no signs or notice that they don't accept anything on Sundays 😕 note the photo.

I would have thought people working at a non for profit would be keen to see their organization thrive but I guess not!

Please take your items somewhere else where they will be helpful and kind. Most importantly, working to benefit the organization.

I was really disappointed with the pricing at this Habitat for Humanity ReStore. For a place that sells donated, used items, the prices are shockingly high—especially on china and dishware. Some of the prices make absolutely no sense and are even higher than what you’d find in regular retail stores. It’s frustrating because ReStores are supposed to be affordable and accessible, but this one seems to have lost sight of that. Whoever is setting these prices clearly doesn’t understand how a thrift or restore shop should operate. Definitely not what I expected.

Total waste of time only decent thing they had were couches and a lot of the stuff is heavily overpriced like a end table that looks like it's from the nineties, and like the handles broken in half.And there's like writing on the inside for like fifty bucks is ridiculous

Like I get that it's like getting donated to charity. The money that they make, but like at the same time, when I lived out in alberta, we were able to get really nice stuff for like, okay, twenty five thirty bucks

Alberta restore gives fair prices this was just 👎

Prices are a hit or miss. Occasionally you can find great deals. Charging $1800 for a 12 year old wine cooler is a bit excessive IMO.

Crushing disappointment, “we don’t take donations on weekends” Oh? So I’m supposed to take time out of my workweek to drive 45 minutes in each direction because it is inconvenient for you to pay a staff member to be on hand to receive donations?

Your loss, about $3000 worth of power tools, hand tools, speciality tools, hardware, appliances.

I’m sure of two things, 1. Another thrift store will be grateful for the revenue producing inventory and 2. I will NEVER make the drive again to go so far out of my way to support an organization that doesn’t show any appreciation for my efforts.

Love your goals and mission but your business model is on the “severely sucks” podium.

Won't take much for donations. Both us and the person ahead of us left with usable items. Felt really dismissive and the one person sitting peeling stickers didn't even acknowledge our existence when we walked up to the desk. I've been to other restores that function as advertised. Usually my go to for furniture and household donations, but certainly won't be back to this location.

Great concept but disappointing in a pinch. I had 4 boxes of unopened hardwood floor I unexpectedly had to get rid of in the same day. Could not donate to them because you have to make an appointment and they don’t do same day appointments.
