If I could rate this store as a zero I would.

This store is for contractors as customer service for retail is non-existent, to put it mildly. After calling the week and the day prior to confirm they have all the parts - and they said everything was there - only everything was not there early next morning(and I live 2 hours away / 4 hour round trip). I had to go to two other stores, including in Vernon, to pick up the parts after frantically calling a number of stores. It really messed up my day having to chase extra parts, to say the least, and pay even more $ as there was no time to shop around. There was zero recognition on their part for the inconvenience and added costs and time.

If that wasn’t enough, some of their wires did NOT have ink (writing) on them. As such it took the electrician two extra hours on the project ($$) to ensure he was connecting the right wires.

When I went back to the store, Chad, would not even hear of it...plus he had a bit of an attitude over how correct his view was and experience working all these years was - in the sense that it’s not possible for there not to be ink on the wires. There was no sense in talking to someone like that.

Anyways, I can arguably see this being a good store for contractors and the old boys club who know the drill, but as for me, I’m never going back there again. I hope this will be my first and last negative Google review. Usually I’m not too hot and bothered by things but (retail) people should know about this store...
