I was concerned about a burning smell coming from potentially electrical wiring in the house. Mark took my concern seriously and showed up in a few hours to take a look at the issue. After we determined that it wasn’t a safety risk in the moment, he followed up the morning after for a more thorough review of the electrical work and fixing/recommending items. He was knowledgeable and took time to explain and offer recommendations. He was also concerned about unnecessary costs that a customer may acquire and thus, offered his recommendations accordingly which I really appreciated. I will definitely be using him again in the future for any follow up work.

I requested an urgent electrical inspection for insurance purposes and was looking for a local electrician in Oshawa to provide this service ASAP. We had a problem with our electricity, whenever we plugged in a heater our electrical panel tripped and we also had one of our sockets not working we searched for an electrician online and Green Planet Electrical was our pick due to the positive reviews. I called Mark and he responded promptly. The following day he came over. Mark was very knowledgeable because he discovered more electrical problems we did not know about. When he realised that the work load to fix everything needed more than one day , he informed us and rescheduled for a different day but made sure that the house was electrical safe and did not charge us anything for what he had already done. We were only able to reschedule for the job after 3 months because of our unavailability. Mark came back again and finished the job. Mark is professional, informative, diligent, skilled and patient. My family and I are so grateful for what Mark did and we will always call on him. Thank you Mark. I highly recommend Mark.
