I would give you 10 stars if I could! I am a new customer with GCE and am absolutely amazed with the high level of customer service. From the initial call for delivery, they were friendly and accommodating. Having an older furnace that wasn’t working very well, I called just recently to see if they had a tech that could come take a look at it. Mark was sent to my home that very afternoon, fixed the issue, and I wasn’t charged an arm and leg for the work. I am extremely pleased and highly recommend Green Coast Energy!

I have problem with my minisplit since 3 years. They come to check it and cant find nothing. When my husband called like 1 month ago the owner told him “Its just a minisplit” lol I think its what they are selling. The guy who come to check when he call or text to tell that he’s coming he dont shiw up and dont call to tell us. Ill make a post on social media too. Bad service…

Realized on the weekend I had let fuel tank drop to 1/8. Wear hearing aids so drove to the office Monday, office closed due to Covid, phoned and explained I am unable to hear on the phone. An employee came out on the steps, took my order and texted me confirmation. So great to deal with a company who will text to accommodate clients. THANK YOU

Received a cold call from them last year stating they were only servicing my heat pump because I was buying oil from them. Told them I could get oil elsewhere for 5 cents a litre cheaper (I had been buying oil from Green Coast for a few years prior to this). They stated that they couldn’t match that price but would still service my heat pump for any issues (which is under warranty through Tempstar). Fast forward to this year. Heat pump stuck in emergency mode. Call them and Mike states they can’t look at it for at least 2 months - maybe even February he says. Says, “yeah it’s a busy time of year, maybe you can call someone else”. Which is exactly what I did. Called another company on Thursday and they are coming Tuesday. Complete passive aggressive on Green Coast’s end simply because I was buying oil elsewhere. Would NEVER give anymore money to this extremely shady company. Do not recommend AT ALL.

We’ve been getting our oil from Green Coast since Oct 2020. Always great, quick service. They have always showed up on time or earlier. This morning I called, as our furnace was making a lot of noise. Called at 8, tech (Shawn, sorry if I spelled that wrong) was here by 9, diagnosed the problem quickly and replaced the motor. All done by 10. Great service all around!

Up until today - they seemed great - however, my tank ran dry - and they had no problem putting me off until tomorrow - even though I am on automatic delivery. AND - they were happy enough to make the "On-Call" after hours line deliver the news - that no oil would be delivered tonight...Looking for a new supplier now.

Asked them to temporarily disconnect my cottage and instead took the tank back to Moncton and charged me $380. Wanted to charge me the same price to bring it back. Even the sale person felt this was unfair but the owner apparently doesn't care for being ethical or transparent.

I dealt with Green Coast over the past 3 years and they have been fantastic, both the admin staff, sales and technicians have always provided quality service to me at a competitive price. I would recommend them to both home owners and landlords without hesitation!
