1)Power was cut off in error and autopay set up
2) when called through to have it reinstated the payment system wouldn’t work online or over the phone and no one could take a payment until 8:30am the next day- with any card that all had more than required
3) Explained I have a medical condition that requires the a/c to breathe without difficulty. Ended up in the hospital er. All I wanted was to pay my bill and get it back on.

They didn't send me a bill for two months then tried to charge me interest for a "missed payment" - How is a customer supposed to pay a bill that doesn't exist? How would i know the amount to pay? Was I supposed to call you and remind you to do your job and send me a bill?

When i sent them a note about the interest charge about a month ago, they didn't even bother to respond to me about it. I've never been late on a payment once in my life with this company and have been a customer for many, many years.

No problem guys, enjoy the $1.20 and this awesome review, you've earned every bit of it!

4 HOUR OUTAGE IN A HEAT-WAVE! Sunday, July 27th/25...no cooling or cooking or ability to stay in my apt...with SIGNIFICANT HEALTH ISSUES. I called an agent and they said THEY DIDN'T KNOW WHAT CAUSED THE OUTAGE...EVEN AFTER IT BEING OUT FOR 4 HOURS! I asked for a call-back when they understood what happened...and was told..'We won't be calling you back...we don't do that'...even for a customer! So, let's get this straight....it was off for 4 hours, but got repaired...but even after the repair they don't know what happened! This sounds like LIES!

I just find it somewhat comical that they send out “foot soldiers” to give you late payment reminders in person after being just a few days late. I think I was less than a week late and they had someone come make a special trip.

I’d like to add we have been with them for 2 years so we are not an unknown entity.

This must cost an absolute fortune for them. Oh well. We always pay so they are free to keep burning money.

Can someone please explain to me why at least couple times a month my power flickers off and then back on for no apparent reason? It has already fried one of my hard drives. I just want to know what can be done for it to stop happening.

Very bad experience. We didn't had power supply for about 2 days because some other tenants lived here before us had some pending bills. We clearly mentioned that we are new tenants and we are paying bills on time and everytime. But they didn't heard us and we really saffocated throughout the day. Also the lady talked to us ws really rude and treated us like we were doing something illegal. This is not at all a good practice.

Called to inquire on whether my neighbor was allowed to drill a basketball hoops into the power line pole. Representative did not have an answer. Online form has not been responded to either.

No customer service available over the weekend. And when power is cut to our house it's not considered and emergency. So we're stuck with no hydro to our house for entire weekend. Total BS
