Took 6 days to get a can of specialty lube from these guys. This company is another example of the failed industrial service company. All the way from having a national phone number only, to blaming me for the wrong stuff on the second phone call when I ordered the same product again after I was told the first order was never placed? Finally went to Fort Sask location and picked up the correct first order ( order that they said was not placed) as it was waiting since last Friday. And then of course blame me, not one sorry about that or a thank you for your business. Gave advice so I could do better next time? No next time.

Grainger is awesome to deal with. All Staff at the Fort Saskatchewan location are happy and helpful. It is always nice to go in and deal with them. The website can be tough to navigate simply because they have so much stuff. Having said that I continually go back to ordering through Grainger for my industrial needs since it is 98% simple and pain free coupled with the extremely helpful and professional people who work at the Fort Saskatchewan location.
