Je vais surement revenir à ce Goodwill au lieu de celui de mon logement. C’est valoir la peine du petit voyage '

I’ve hating thrifting lately everywhere is overstocked crowded shelves cause of the over priced items in some stores.
But found a gem of a store amazing prices.
Cherry on top of the cake the nicest employee (didn’t catch her name but she had black hair and think her name started with a K) helped me find some back to school finds for my boys.
Definitely will be returning to that goodwill instead of the one by my house. Worth the little trip!

I placed a call to the store to inquire about donating my father in laws old bedroom furniture. John (Store Manager) answered the phone and answered all my questions with great enthusiasm. I arrived at the store about 10 minutes later and I was met by John and James ( Sales Associate) with the same enthusiasm that I received on the phone. They were very friendly and happy to receive the donation. We got my truck unloaded in no time at all. Amazing experience, thank you John and James for all your help, keep up the great work!

Staff are really nice and helpful! Sometimes it gets busy but it depends on the time of day, I've gotten so many beautiful dresses here but I don't have many photos. Here's a small bonus photo tho!! Clown doll in a shopping cart

Newly opened Goodwill in southern Niagara Falls.

Enjoyed stopping in to see what this new Goodwill had to offer. It was a clean store and staff greeted me as I walked-in.

My hope is they can remain clean and grow on their inventory over the years.

Convenient location next to Food Basics and Dollar Tree in southern Niagara Falls.

Lots of parking.

Don’t forget to bring any donations!

Don’t trust their tested sticker it just means we plugged in and some light turned on and when the thing is not working even though it had tested sticker on it they want you to spend same amount of money right away no option to use it in future.

Also Manager will lecture you on how you should research store policy before buying and not train the actual employees to provide accurate information

Horribke place with disgustingly rude staff. I was treated very badly and unprofessionally.
Goodwill stores like these help the depressed Niagara falls area. Low income. They should be happy people are even going there to buy something instead of being rude. We went there on a vacation from th÷ US and the women upfront was downright rude.

This place gets things donated to them and then sells them for outrageous prices. It's insulting to the community that provides you the goods you sell. just because it has a brand name on it or It's an old game or toy doesn't give you the right to Mark the price way up. I wish I would have taken pictures but when I spoke with the manager it's like they didn't care less this place is supposed to be here to help the community but yet takes in donations free from the community and then sells them back to them or tries to auction them off for crazy prices disgraceful!
