It's another scam company taking advantage of our government. We often receive two bills at once and then they claim that we are late and send extremely nasty letters saying we are going to collections and extra fees due to late payment. I always pay as soon as I get my bill the full amount. Our hydro bill went way up when the town switched over to them. Don't let your town be next!!!
