A huge thank you to Phil and Global Waste Services Inc for the incredible service during our house renovation. From the first disposal bin to the last, the service was on point and extremely professional. A special thanks to the drivers that took special care of picking up and dropping off the disposal bins, a few times it was so smooth I didn't even notice, great job! We can honestly say that if it wasn't for Phil and Global Waste, our renovation would not have been so successful, a heartfelt thank you to the entire team at Global.

NO CONCEPT OF TIME, COMMUNICATION OR RESPONSIBILITY
I booked and gave my credit card info one week prior to the agreed upon delivery of a construction waste bin. They agreed to provide a morning delivery between 8-12 with pick up at the end of the same afternoon. They arrived at 4pm. They told my contractor they’d like to pick up at 1pm the next day so he hustled to do in a few hours what would have been the ease of a day had they arrived on time. He called them at 11 the next day to advise them he was ready. I arrived home at 5:45 to find the bin still there, with not so much as a phone message. When I called the dispatcher, he said, « Why are you screaming at me, I’ve dispatched 400 bins in the last two days « . I told him the bin was in the neighbours’ drive and they were arriving home and his response was, « I can’t do magic ». He agreed to try to reach a driver and to call me back, but never did.

This is the most unprofessional company I have ever encountered. For heaven’s sake, why don’t they limit their number of daily jobs to what they can realistically manage? This disrupted the entire sequence of work planned for the site, including the delivery of soil ordered to fill the vacated space, as well as my contractor’s other work commitments. Don’t use these completely unreliable, unprofessional and disorganized people

driver dropped off a bin & in the process pulled our (correctly installed by bell) internet line off the building. Phil the operations manager tried to make out it was our fault the driver hit the line. he didnt even apologize for what is clearly gross incompetence. he also didnt respond to voicemails, had to call 4 times to get thru. the bin is full of holes & the roofing gravel getting dumped into it leaks out the sides. its a terrible company.

Called on Wednesday to have bins on Thursday and Friday and they never showed up. I call and they say they can’t give me a time. End of story Thursday didn’t appear and Friday by 2:00 pm I called they said they will look then tell me they won’t show up.
