If they had zero stars to give, I would give them a zero star rating. We have had there service at my location for over a year now and it’s like pulling teeth trying to get our dumpsters emptied. On average, it took at least 3-4 phone calls to get someone to come service our site. And don’t bother with the answering service they have, no one will return the message you left while they’re on lunch.
It’s now halfway through January, and my coworkers and I have been calling 2-3 times a week to get our two dumpsters emptied since the middle of November. They’ve been full since then. We’ve heard so many excuses from their dispatch that I’m surprised she can even come up with new excuses when we call. It got to the point over a month ago, that we actually had to call and get a different company to bring out two more dumpsters so that we had somewhere to put our garbage. Yet, GFL is still sending me invoices for their services. Will never use them again, nor recommend them to anyone.

GFL got too big. Seems as if they don’t have time to service small accounts. Went to a competitor at less than half the price and same day service as phone call. Still have GFL bin in my yard full of garbage. Can’t seem to get them to pick it up.

It's been going on 2 months now and I am still waiting on my $500 deposit return from them when renting a big bin for garbage.They easily took money out of my account but now seem to be having such trouble figuring out where my return is and why it isn't in my account.. I keep getting told different messages.

Never dealt with a worse company then GFL.2 months of no service and nothing but bad attitude about it. Still won’t pick up garbage after 9 phone calls. I made a smart move and got prairie disposal and canned GFL. Sometimes you just can’t fix stupid

Terrible customer service. I called to skip pickup for three separate months and they still came to pick up then proceeded to charge me over $100 for each pickup. Absolutely disgusted with the way they have handled this situation.

Almost got side swiped by your garbage truck, than I notice well he's on the street he's already dropping his forks before pulling into chevron, and went whipping through that parking lot with them down woth cars going by, someone needs some common sense.

Honestly can’t give them bad enough reviews. I wish I could give them a -5. Hardly ever come and dump our residential garbage, I wish I could choose who dumped it cause I’d switch in a heartbeat unfortunately that’s up to the county who runs our town. Anyone looking for a good reliable garbage service, this is NOT IT!

My monthly price increased by 200% with no warning. Stay away from this gong show. Go with a local Alberta business like Alliance or Prairie.
