Missed pickups regularly with weak excuses. Then when they do pickup your stuff drivers who could care less about service and damage to property when they throw bins around. Just terrible. Recommend to keep complaining to city of Vancouver to get changes made or another contractor.

I see these trucks picking up garbage at the new building I moved to. They seem fairly new from the pain, but it is incredibly loud. Not just the banging of the container but compression. The engine is so loud. Plus the beeping in reverse and honking. Right next the building, just outside the window. Maybe most people are working and have no idea, but others stay home.

Terrible experience from start to finish when dropping off a load of recyclables. The whole site should be shut down and reviewed by the city as it is terribly dirty and unsafe. The site is too small and inefficient for trucks coming and going as they have to do circles around the site partially using city street and holding up traffic to weigh in and out. I was on location for 3 hours getting unloaded.

there is a very old truck from GFL driving recklessly on the street in Vancouver ...Speeding and keep on changing lanes.... not sure why he is in such a hurry.

guy driving company truck on grandview highway near renfrew st nearly caused a car accident by backing up while cars were driving past him. not impressed.

They pickup used oil, filters and some other fluids at no charge, they do charge for fuel pickup/disposal (which is fair). Always quick to come, very friendly staff (on the phones and the drivers).
