6:30 am every god dam day. Out smashing into things right infrint of 2 big condo buildings. Is there not a noise ordinance where you can't make noise before 7AM?

Unfortunately live in an area "serviced" by this brutal company. Definitely miss when I had good refuse collection. Some of the laziest garbage men/women in the industry, they'll find any minute reason to leave your refuse and you get treated extremely poor, if they'll even answer your call when you try to get clarification. If I could go less than 1 star I would. Oh and for the record I was a refuse collector for the City of Edmonton for almost 4 years so its not like I don't know how the industry should work.

They were charging the company I work for FIVE TIMES what other companies are charging for bi-weekly garbage pick up (of a 4 yd bin) THEN when we cancelled service, tried to charge us $500 for an “extra lift/fuel & environmental costs” on our final bill, to (supposedly) dump a bin that was actually empty; We made sure it was kept locked and empty after our last scheduled dump a few days before then. Then they charged an additional $100 to pick up their bin on top of that! SCAMMERS!!

Stay far away from using this company. Take your business to Local Environmental if you want honesty & transparency 🙂

I would like to thank GFL for not cleaning up their garbage trucks and sending them on the road with mud and rocks caked on them. One such mud covered rock smashed my 2 week old windshield and left a huge crack. Even with photo evidence, they denied my claim against them. Good corporate citizenship guys!

I am disgusted by the workers who drive around in company trucks. I was sitting in a drive-through and the passenger rolled there window down and chucked garbage out the window! They drove right past a garbage bin on there way out. Absolutely disgusting!
