Answers questions with disrespectful sarcasm, requires phone number for service, then claims they dont have it. So they come on your property without permission or know knowing that its safe or accessable and take what ever they want. Then go against thier own word claiming the oppisite. Refuse to fix thier mistakes at thier cost. Just a ridiculous way to run a business. Amazed they can stay afloat if they treat everyone the same way. Id be embarrassed to work for them.

They need at least one day that they are open until at least 6pm. Mon-Fri 7:30-4 cuts out any possibility of going if you work days.

Their "friendly" website claims they will pick up your scrap from an old stove to thousands of pounds of industrial waste. With over 10 tonnes of scrap I have to get rid of they told me to bring it in. No pickup service or mention of a roll off bin. Seems very shady to me. Another company will be getting my business.

Their friendly and helpful staff will take quite small amounts of household metal scrap (and car batteries) for recycling. I am always surprised at the amount of cash I get back on my annual visit!
