Tremendous customer service experience. Had an issue with no cooling when we got to the cottage with the kids. Wasn't sure who to call locally so took a chance and called GeoSmart directly at 4:55 on a Friday....I'm so glad I did. 5 minutes on the phone got the issue sorted and the unit reset. Back to working like a charm! Don't be like me and remember to clean your filters often!!! Thanks again for the help!

We installed GeoSmart geothermic heat pump in 2010. At that time, AirMax was one of its authorized depositaries in Quebec. The heating has been working fine. However, the AC never worked properly.
In 2011, everything stopped working (AC and heating). Per its recommendation, we hired a contractor to repair the geothermic system. Up to now, we have had to spend about 20 000$ to replace all kinds of things: Compressor, radiator, electronic board, the cabling etc. and we don't even know whether the system works properly yet.
If you need an honest and customer oriented care company, you might look elsewhere, not GeoSmart.

I have had my Geothermal System in my home for 12 years and have had very few problems until recently. I called Steve and he was able diagnose the problem, send me the parts and after I installed the parts, he helped set up the system. It is reassuring to know that I have an expert that I can call if any issues arise with my Geothermal System.

The house is under 10 years old and has a Geosmart Premium G installed GT49. After only owning the place for 3 months, the Fan blower ECM quit. The motor itself is good but the module controller is not. The new motor was expensive and unfortunately the company does not have modules only available. I surely hope that this motor lasts longer than 10 years. Stephen talked to me in great detail since. He was very professional and knowledgeable.

I purchased a used Geosmart Premium G model. I installed it myself. Note, this is not a typical DIY project, so I would not attempt this unless you have a really good understanding of how the system works. I am a qualified HVAC designer. I ran into some difficulties because I couldn't find an installer for the equipment, since I did not purchase it from as installer directly. I am really glad I bought a Geosmart, since Stan was incredibly supportive of my DIY installation efforts. He gave me some tips and provided support in a few key areas. I will always be a strong supporter of Geosmart products.
