We are fortunate to have Gennix as the team for our tech support needs at our workplace. The people here cannot be more responsive nor professional whenever we have a request for them. Gennix are a great group of people who work hard towards your satisfaction.

They were exemplary in helping us upgrade some of our staff computers. The computers were in desperate need of some attention. Gennix worked with our requests and even made more suggestions to better our computers. They were efficient, again professional, and absolutely helpful. Needless to say our computers are working at peak efficiency.

The team at Gennix also monitors our security and software upgrades for our firm. They quickly communicate to us when they need to do some work and its done before you know it. We couldn't be happier with their service.
