I had bought a machine from another dealer end of season sale and when I bought the snowblower I looked it over quick and loaded the machine and drove the hour and a bit home. I noticed there was rust and QC issues with the machine later that night. I called Cub Cadet and they opened a ticket with Hudson's to have the unit fixed. Hudson's went above beyond and had the unit looking brand new within a couple weeks (waiting on parts) I was in contact with Maurice at Hudson's who kept me up to date on times for parts and was great to deal with. Very happy with Hudson's and all the staff, they do great work.

Jan 2025 update
This is a purchase I should have made years ago. This machine makes snowblowing almost enjoyable. Tons of power no hesitation, heated grips let you go and go.

Yesterday a driver parked on Oxford to load a lift and I was trying to get around his truck to make it to the stop sign that he parked right beside blocking the intersection with no pylons or signage he saw me coming and decided to turn the corner anyways and try to intimidate me into backing my car up when I didn't do as he was trying to tell me what to do he proceeded to drive toward my car lift his forks over my car and turn in front of me so close he almost ran me over if I didn't go in reverse. This man is dangerous and unprofessional.

They rent all kinds of things that are always well maintained, so they work when you get back to the site. Staff will carefully review operation and safety features with you so you know how to use your rented tool or machine back on site. Reservation process is pandemic friendly. And as a bonus, they are on an absolutely beautiful location on the bank of the St. Lawrence River, so you can chill a bit before you go back to work.
