I recently visited FYidoctors in Parry Sound, and I have to say, it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff were welcoming and friendly, the office was clean and well-organized.

Dr. Bishop was incredibly thorough during the eye exam. She took the time to explain each step of the process and answered all my questions. I appreciated how she didn't rush through the examination and made sure to check everything carefully.

I really had a lovely time picking out my style of frames with the friendly pretty staff lady. She was so patient and didn’t try to rush me out the door. She really wanted to find a style that suited me and that I would love forever. She should get a raise for sure 😉

Overall, I highly recommend FYidoctors for any eye vision care. The combination of a knowledgeable doctor and friendly staff made my visit enjoyable and stress-free. If you're looking for a reliable optometrist, this is the place to go! 20/20 👓🫶🏽

An arm on my glasses kept coming off so I stopped by at the Parry Sound FYI doctor's office, where I had them made a while back. Within minutes both of the arms on my glasses were replaced at no charge. Thanks, I really appreciate that!

I absolutely recommend the team at FYI doctors parry sound. My family has been patients for a few years now and they always treat us like family of their own. From the ladies at the front desk, to the optometrist and everyone in between, we are welcomed and valued. Ryan, who is the manager, is absolutely wonderful and goes above and beyond, you can tell how passionate he is about vision care and his patients. My family will continue attending FYI doctors for all our vision care needs!

New in the area. I popped into have an arm reattached to my favourite glasses. Rebecca handed them back to me 5 minutes later with new nose pads because one had fallen off. I hadn’t noticed. She also cleaned up the pair I was wearing, tightened arms and new nose pads that were completely missing. I hadn’t noticed. No charge! Feeling very cared for! Thanks so much Rebecca!

The staff was professional and friendly from the moment I walked in the door. Every test that was done was explained to me before hand. Dr. Marshall took the time to explain all about my eyes and how my new glasses would help me. Dr. Marshall, Lucie and Tina you all are the very best!! I had excellent service within the office, but why can't you call your clients to let them know when their glasses are ready to pick up? I've been waiting for almost HALF A YEAR for you to call me so I can buy reading glasses. I hope I am not contractually obligated to buy them now, as I feel insulted that you neglected to follow up and give me a simple phone call. I have a mental disability so please be a little more accessible and call me next time. Do not just email me as I am not computer-savvy.
