This redemption centre is extremely judgmental based on who comes in. I bought a friend with me yesterday. In taxi and four vehicles came and left before we could leave with our money. In fact, after waiting outfront for ten minutes, I asked my taxi to take me to where I needed to go and we would come back for my friend and within a hundred meters of being gone, the guy with the money came out to give to my friend and his first question was, where is the taxi? After this review, I am going to the better business bureau to dispute this. Would you rather homeless people steal from you or pick up bottles and clean up the city? Making a taxi sit outside until the bottles were worth nothing. IGNORANT!!
On top of that on mondays, they only give you half price for what you're returns are worth

Please explain where the phrase; MONDAY FUN-DAY was derived?!?

Very nice and professional staffs, was my first time so didn't know I'll have to make a left turn and go wait in the line for a staff to attend to me, but one lady came out and spoke nicely with me, she took my bag of bottles and returned with money 💰 🤑 and instructional leaflet for guides on returns. She even offered to put the bag back in my hood, but i got shy and refused her. Next visit, I'll take some pictures for u guys .

Absolute crooks. 2 vehicles were mixed up and they chose not to admit any error. The person who initially dealt with it was nothing less than arrogant and non professional at all. Both cars sorted it out off property and realized that Fundy made a pretty substantial error and agreed that the woman was not at all professional. They also tried to undercut them by roughly 15 dollars, which ultimately was sorted by the two customers as they had counted their bottles prior to arriving. I get it they lost a significant amount when the government made some bottles worth 10 and 20 cents, however ripping off customers and being extremely ignorant and arrogant is not the way to go Everyone including your bottle counters and those delivering money to vehicles to cars can and do make mistakes. None of you are perfect. Copies of all reciepts have been emailed to the proper authority to deal with this issue.

One or two workers here steals your money. Don't know if the owner is aware but we get ripped off everytime there is this one girl working. Sometimes we get the right amount but usually it's ridiculously less then what we brought. One time we got a receipt with the right amount but never got one again, it was a different guy working there and we didn't see the theif girl that day.

Excellent customer service provided by a team of friendly people. And yes, they do help to unload empty bottles, which was a pleasant surprise to me. My first visit was a positive experience. I'd be really happy if they accepted clear glass bottles and jars, and green glass bottles (olive oil) as well.
