This morning I had to give quality electric a call, because I had an electrical issue. I couldn’t believe how prompt this company was. Jacob the owner “ said as soon as someone was available, we would have someone there” and he was true to his word! I then received a call to let me know Kyle was going to be there this afternoon … also said he would give me a heads up just before he would arrive and that is exactly what he did……….right from the get-go as he come out of the van into our home he was so professional and so knowledgeable, and it took a bit to figure out what the problem was, but he was not leaving until we were completely satisfied, and the problem was fixed…. He was so pleasant to deal with. We were very impressed to say the least… it was so refreshing to have such service! We would Highly recommend this company for their professionalism and knowledge and fixing the problem so prompt…..Kyle you really were awesome! Thank you in advance!

I engaged these guys (from Vancouver) to complete a couple jobs at my clients' sites in FSJ. It was a bit of a risk given I had no idea who they were but using them saved me a huge amount of travel from places like Prince George.

Long story short - I wish I had more business in Fort St John that I could give to them. I wish every shop I dealt with had their attitude and problem-solving ability. They bailed me and my clients out of a MASSIVE jam, doing work that wasn't even in their wheelhouse, but they were just happy to help.

Honestly can't say enough good things about Jacob and his crew up there.

Quality Electric was very responsive to my request for some non-emergency repairs and installations at my new-to-me residence. Jacob was great - friendly and professional - he efficiently replaced a burnt out transformer, installed a socket to facilitate installation of a heater blower in my gas fireplace and fixed another socket that wasn’t working. He also answered all my questions and all for a very reasonable price. If I’m in need of more electrical work, I will not hesitate to call Quality Electric!

We had to have some heavy-duty wiring removed from our office building after a tenant moved out. The Quality electrician was prompt, courteous and very professional. He discussed various options for completion of the work, including making sure the remaining circuits were safe. He finished within a short period of time and left the worksite cleaner than when he arrived. I would definitely use their services again.

We bought a hot tub in Edmonton. On our way back we called Quality Electric and they told us that they would come out to our house the next day to install the hot tub. They were very punctual and the owner, Jacob, stopped by himself to talk to us and make sure that everyone was on the same page of what was being done. Walked us right thru everything. Very fast and efficient! Will definitely use again!

I contacted Quality Electric to install a wall-heater, some outlets, and lights in a new mudroom. The response was fast, they had an electrician (Lincoln) out right away and his work was outstanding; you can see that he takes pride in his effort as the new wiring was clean, easy to distinguish and easy to install insulation around. A huge thank you to the entire group at Quality - and as I said to Lincoln - as more jobs pop up around our house they will definitely be getting more business from us.
