Julie Herringhshaw is absolutely amazing! As a first-timer to acupuncture, I wasn’t sure what to expect, but Julie’s warmth, competence, and knowledge put me at ease right away. She creates a welcoming environment and truly cares about her patients. She takes the time to connect and address questions, and her passion for what she does is clear. The day after my first session, I was already experiencing relief from my symptoms. I can’t say enough good things about Julie—she’s exceptional! I’d highly recommend her to friends, family, or anyone curious about trying acupuncture.

Let me start off by saying I am not a fan of someone stabbing me with a needle and leaving me immobile for, well. Frankly as long as they want to leave me there. Cause you can't exactly move when you have needles in you and cant see them. THAT BEING SAID, today I saw Julie Herringshaw, and she listened to my problems, let me complain about my problems, and then proceeded to ask me if I have any MORE problems. We settled on just the Neck issues I went in with, and not the fact that Tim Hortons donuts are no longer baked in house.

Julie was amazing, I barely felt anything, she was great at conversation and keeping me at ease, while also explaining why what she was doing works in the first place. I could not recommend this more, Julie is a 10/10 and deserves a gold star, a raise, and a Rolex watch on her 10 year anniversary.

I have been seeing Allissa for acupuncture and Mandy for massage therapy both of these ladies have been extremely welcoming and make me feel comfortable whenever I am there. They are both very knowledgeable and explain what your body is trying to tell you! I always leave feeling much more relaxed and looking forward to my next appointment. Highly recommended if you have any sort of injury or just want a nice experience for some self care!
