They will rip you off and take the money for themselves .Worst bottle depot I have ever been to.This place is disgusting. I doubt they have ever washed any of the counters or the blue trays.
The "staff member" ripped me off and only paid me half. He argued with me and refused to pay me the full amount even though I pre counted and took pictures of what I brought in. I wonder how many people get scammed there every day.
The staff probably pocket all that extra money.
Shame on them for having no honour.
I will be contacting Encorp. Just a terrible place all around.

I will never use the Murrayville location again!! They steal by miscounting through the Express Return. When I have them count in person I have to watch because they short count consistently. Through 5 bags of ACCEPTABLE returns they shorted on average 5 per bag. If they do this with all their customers that adds up to a lot $ with all those bags that people drop off through the Express it. DISHONEST CHEATS!

Not that an establishment such as this strives for customer service, but this place lacks any at all. With zero signage and communication they expect you to know exactly how THEY want things done, what is accepted and not accepted and when they do communicate to inform you, it’s nothing short of rude and condescending. I understand English is their second language but it doesn’t take much to post some signage with specific direction and to smile a little…
They used to accept and recycle a long list of things but now they only accept cans and bottles.
I will be making the longer drive to Aldergrove in the future for my recycling needs.

I gave them one star because I can’t pick zero stars. They counted the first four trays and they were all 24, but they wouldn’t keep on counting and just count the trays at 24 like they should’ve. They’re wasting my time they’re just being ignorant standing around for 10 minutes before they came and helped us even though I said we were ready I’ll never come back to this place again and this was the closest depot to me so I used to come here all the time you should do Xpress, but they won’t be getting my money anymore. They’re probably ripping me off to boot. My recommendation go to the bottle depot in Guildford. They’re always friendly. They’re always helpful and they don’t rip you off.

It’s no wonder these guys have some of the worst reviews I’ve seen for bottle depots in the valley. They miscount your cans and pocket the money and continued telling me they did not accept certain containers when I’ve gone to other locations and had them be accepted, when I asked for them back the man said no and took them to the side. Worst location in the valley that steals from their customers do not go here.

A hand washing and drying station! A covid win!New drop and go outdoor section for non - refundables. Friendly staff with minimal English spoken. The staff were making significant efforts to wipe down / sanitize stations and carts after each person used them.

Very rude and straight up thieves. First time at this location and was new to this sorting out your own bottles shenanigan. I always count my bottle before hand and write the amount on my bags. Despite this, they still asked me to open the bags and sort them in boxes that carry about 15 bottles each. After all of this, they still get my amount wrong! The rest of the comments are absolutely true, you can expect to be treated like a burden to their lives and get roughly 20$ taken away from you.
