Frank Cullen installed the HVAC in my new home. One day recently, I walked into my closet with a massive pool of water on the floor. Turns out, the pipe for the return line was never glued. When I sent these pictures to the office I was told it was because the service techs for another company blew out the line during maintenance but its very obvious these pieces were never glued at all on install. I’ve been completely blown off by the office after multiple attempts to contact them about the issue for weeks now. Incredibly unprofessional and negligent work provided by Frank Cullen. Stay away if you have any other option.

We had our furnace replaced last month. Lauren in the office was incredibly patient and thoughtful in answering a million questions as we were trying to decide which product to move forward with. The install team showed up early, were extremely polite and clean and did a bang up job! Very happy with Frank Cullen.

Frank Cullen did the original install of the HVAC systems in my home when we built 10 years ago. They have been servicing the units ever since. Very dependable and courteous service and their annual service contract gives me priority as a customer and has saved me from service call charges when HVAC not working properly. A few years back my AC stopped working right before I was expecting house guests. They made me a priority and got the problem diagnosed and system fixed and working beautifully the day before my guests arrived. Lauren is great to work with in scheduling and I look forward to Fidel visiting twice a year and telling me systems are working great!

Over 16 years we’re received outstanding service from Frank Cullen Inc.
Recently replaced our HVAC system.
Lauren, office manager, was outstanding coordinating the installation even working late evenings. Jose, one of the technicians installing the new HVAC system, provided outstanding support to his team.
I would highly recommend this company.
