The fact that you guys knowingly associate with Easy Energy is disgusting. Their reviews are atrocious, they knock on doors and give misleading information and you guys are cool with that?!?! Literally ripping people off and advertising it, exceptional business scheme guys!!

Typical slow, inefficient bureaucracy when dealing with monopolistic companies such as Fortis. They really don't care much about you or your situation, because they don't have to. When I do contact customer service they are polite and helpful, but that is the minimum expected.

I ended having issues with my online access to my account and after calling in, a staff representative assisted me in sorting it out. She tracked down my rogue account, joined them so I could access them from one log in and walked me through each step. Helpful, patient and no long wait times.

incompetence, at a governmental level, emailed almost 6 weeks ago to cancel service, still being charged, called multiple times, still being charged, fortis gas however, no problems whatsoever,

Hydro though not sure why such incompetence with so many folks, I guess it truly is hard to find good help these days.

Called to get my account number. She kept arguing with me saying it was in my emails. I explained that I didn't get any emails. She kept arguing back saying I should get mail. That they sent 6 letter (they did not) so I got really upset and asked her if she was able to give me my account number or the call was a waist. And she gave me the account number super fast. She kept cutting me off everytime I spoke. She also said I need to set up a day to pay I told her sometime next month as everyone in the house doesn't get paid at the same time. So she said if I can't provide an exact day that they cut my power. So I gave her a day, she continued to say that it doesn't work when I "demand a day" yet she literally asked me to give her one.... All the proof is recorded 🙂 my deposit was 700 for being a new client... Someone needs to teach her some costumer service skills 🙂 all of this happened when I just needed my account number. Finally got it after 10 mins of her arguing with me.

We moved to Princeton B.C. 6 days before the town flooded, we bought our first house with the help of family right before a natural disaster tore through this tiny community. Since we've lived here we have struggled to survive, as me and my wife work part time, and barely make ends meet. This morning, without so much as a notice, Fortis cut off our power, and we had to borrow money from family, and made a $400.00 dollar payment on August 31st 2022. It hasn't even been a month, and they are already disconnecting us, without even giving us notice, and all day while our fridge full of food starts to thaw out and go bad, we're begging to have our power restored, but they don't care at all. It's been nothing but constant run around, and the service agents are cold and heartless, and keep telling us to get the money to pay them, when we have nothing. Fortis are nothing but a company full of rich ignorant beauracratic #$$!@/%s. The whole Town of Princeton could be behind in payment, and Fortis would not lose any sleep. And everything they have done today, has been ignorant and demeaning, and they know what it's like to struggle and they don't have a single bit of humanity towards anyone. Money talks, with every corporation big or small, we are what keeps these companies rich, while hard working families get cut off of their power, and still struggle to make ends meet, with not a single ounce of compassion shown.

I have had some really great customer service reps! We have laughed and they have made me feel comfortable as well as looked after. I am always pleasantly surprised with the kindness and helpfulness of each representative I speak with.
