I've had them pick up my bottles for over a year now. Normally they are fantastic, pick up on time and good communication. It is VERY important to count your bottles before they pick up, they've shorted me a few times. But overall it's been a good service.

HOWEVER!!! I called yesterday morning around 9:30 to have my bottles picked up. No problem they'll be here to pick them up. Around 4pm I was worried because they never showed up. Guy tells me that they didn't do any pick ups because I was the only pick up. Needless to say I was rather upset, I had stayed home all day waiting for them, I had things I needed to do and wasted the day waiting for them. Guy apologizes profusely, says they'll pick up today. I had to call them and a woman answered, started telling me that they couldn't tell me exactly what time they would be here, I got upset and told her I spoke to a guy yesterday who promised that they would pick up today even if I was the only customer. She talked to him, they came within a half hour. I counted my bottles, they came to $61.75. They disagreed with me and offered me $30!!! I had 5 contractor bags FULL of cans and bottles, way more than a mere $30. Needless to say I did not return my bottles to them. Always always always count your bottles and know exactly how many bottles you have and how much the refund should be. They've shorted me a few times. Once I started to count them and told them how much I had, I never had a problem again with them until yesterday and today. Very disappointed and aggravated by the lack of professionalism and customer service.

Friendly service first thing in the opening hours of the morning. Super easy, bring in bottles, they give you a piece of paper, scan it at the machine and take your money. There’s also a sink there to wash your hands. Thank you for helping me open my bags as I have very weak fingers and wrist strength.

Convenient bottle depot on Manning Drive. Easy access and sufficient parking. The staff are friendly and efficient. It’s a bottle depot so it’s a little smelly and a little dirty but that’s not unusual for most bottle depots.

It was a very good bottle depot once!! Things have changed obviously, long waiting times lune ups , not enough pesonel, no more carts to transport the empties, slow workers as well, parking lot is dangerously slippery due to ice build up and no one seams to care. " Time to find a more taken care of bottle depot!!"

This place was awesome. They have the computerized Tomra system to sort and process your returns so you will never have to be worried about being ripped off by someone with grade 3 math skills on the other side of the counter, like most bottle depots... also a very clean facility and friendly staff made it an actual pleasurable experience.
Highly recommend!!!

I like it here. Staff is friendly and most times they are quick. I would suggest having a seperate line for people who 3, 4 or less bags. Some people are coming with 6, 7 or more bags. Takes too long for others to wait who way less bags.
