1. Front desk: poor communication skills, lack of empathy, uncaring, judgemental, dismissive. No conflict resolution or problem solving skills. Refused to get a manager when I asked for one when she was clearly incapable of helping. She didn't even apologize.
2. Upstairs location with limited parking. They see people who can't walk or climb steps but still choose to be upstairs. Obvious lack of concern for patients. No, I don't like small elevators or small crowded parking spaces.
3. You must see one doctor for each body part, even though they are all connected, further delaying treatment.
4. One doctor stated he sees 80-85 patients a day. If that's true- that's about 5 minutes per patient. You can't address concerns and give quality care in 5 minutes.
5. Based on my observations, they work for the insurance companies and not the patient. They don't go to bat and help the patient get the treatment they need. Instead, they judge the patient and treat them as if they are lying about being injured. If you are run over by a heavy vehicle, you have absolutely been injured and are in pain. But they refuse to go the extra mile to find out what is causing it. I guess that's too much work for a 5 minute appointment, and they only work on this body part and not the other one that is connected.
6. Based on these reasons, I can't recommend them and wouldn't trust them to treat my injuries. There have been numerous other occasions where the patient has been unable to receive prescribed therapies or treatments because of the poor service at this clinic.
7. No owner/office manager information or contact on website. Leads me to believe they don't want to hear your problems, so I'm resorting to this Google review. If your services improve, I will amend this review. If you don't know how to resolve these listed perceptions and issues I've encountered, and you're unwilling to learn and improve, you should find another job that would better suit you because you're hurting people and not healing them.

Dr. Baker and Florida Orthopedic has always been fast and efficient. Dr. Baker listened to me and gave advise based on my symptoms and condition and developed a treatment plan based on what I wanted to do rather than telling me what I had to do. He let me make decisions on my treatment plan.

This was my first appointment with Dr Spencer Smith and I can’t say enough good things about him. He was very kind and patient. He took his time addressing my concerns and explained in detail what he wanted to do and why. From start to finish it was a wonderful experience. I highly recommend him and the entire staff.

I have never been treated so poorly by a doctor’s office in my life. Not one person I spoke to on the phone was friendly or even acted like they cared in the slightest bit. I called because I was in a major car accident and I’ve been having terrible back and neck pain, I had a few questions and wanted to make an appt to be seen. The first time I called the office the person I spoke to was extremely short with me and acted like they couldn’t be bothered. I couldn’t remember a small piece of information and instead of helping me I was told to call back when I found it. This wouldn’t have been a big deal if it wasn’t done with an attitude. When I called back with the info I talked to someone else who again was very short and rude. I ended up having to reschedule my appointment because I needed a referral from my GP, this was completely understandable but again when I called back in I was treated like I was an inconvenience. After a few snappy remarks and just a clear unwillingness to work with me I decided to tell the woman I would no longer wish to be seen. If this is how they treat someone that wants to make an appt I can only imagine how poorly they treat their patients.

Dr Palumbo is outstanding. He has amazing bedside manner, personable, friendly, compassionate, explains everything to me, and I never feel rushed. I feel like I’m being treated like a family member. His assistant, Erica Franklin, is also amazing. I usually never let anyone but the doctor touch me when it’s time for an injection. Yet, Erica from day one made me feel comfortable and that I was in great hands. She is personable, informative, caring and friendly. Kudos to the office staff also.

They are very professional, and they know what they are doing. After a couple of sessions, mom's pain went away. Adriana is amazing, caring, and outstanding anytime PT is needed, we will come back here for sure!

I’m not pleased with the service I received from the Telecom location. I was referred to Dr. Zeffer by Dr. Baker regarding an EMG. My appointment was set in office by the front desk with Dr. Baker only for me to be rescheduled (4) times due to a lack of communication within the two locations. I was called yesterday to see if I could come in today. I took off work to accommodate the staff. I was called this morning to see if I could come in at 1 pm. I declined as I already asked for the 3:15 pm time off of work. I called the location at 3 pm. Spoke with Shelby (operator). I explained who I was and what procedure I was to have done. She patched me through to Dr. Zeffer’s front desk where I had to leave a voicemail and claiming I would be late due to an accident . I asked that they called me back and and let me know if it was still ok to come as I called before my appointment. I received no return call. I showed up anyway only to be told they never received the voicemail (front desk). They cancelled my appointment because of this. The front desk rep called the office manager, who acknowledged that she sees the voicemail but they can’t always get to it. Mind you, it is now 3:30 pm. I called at 3 pm. Instead of taking accountability for their mistake, I was treated as if I never called at all. I do not take issue with the front desk clerk, she had no idea they have a voicemail, nor did she know how to access it. The right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing. Meanwhile the patients are treated as if they are the issue. I will never return to the Telecom location.
