Working with Resa was wonderful. She went out of her way to help us when we had questions about our floors and the possible replacement even though she knew we might have to go back the the original installer b/c of a issue from the manufacturer. She gave us honest advice, clear pricing and flexible scheduling as not to push a certain time frame just to get the job. Working with Resa was a breath of fresh air as she was totally committed to her customer and not the bottomline! We are so thankful we found Floor Coverings International and will use them again.

Have used this company twice, excellent experiences both times. First for a small project in my rental where they had to match some existing flooring that had been tenant damaged. The match was perfect. More recently I needed new flooring for the 1800 square feet basement in my home, again they gave me the best price and excellent service.

Both occasions, the owner Resa came to see me, listened to our expectations and needs and then showed me options. For the basement we didn’t want carpet due to asthma in family and wanted a product that looked like hardwood but would be waterproof and scratch/fade resistent. She came up with better options than anyone else offered.

I don’t deal with pushy sales people. This company is the opposite: they have a great ethos. Will use them again!

While we were working with Resa for our basement and issue occured in the Kitchen and she sprung to action to help us address our wood flooring. So greatful to Resa and her team!!

Resa was so easy to work with and the process moved quickly. I initially wanted a quote to see if I would be saving money laying flooring in the hallway myself; however that was not the case. In fact, if I had laid the flooring myself I would have only saved $200. Resa had a team ready to go quickly, and she resolved the minor error that the installers made very promptly as well. I would use her company again when we are ready to install flooring in the bedrooms.

Searching for matching flooring can be a hassle, especially during the pandemic. Shipping could take weeks, if not months. Since we just moved into our home we wanted our flooring done asap, before our furniture arrives. We called around to find matching luxury vinyl flooring and some companies were quoting us 4 weeks, some were quoting us a few months. When we finally got to floor coverings international, we spoke to Resa. She said she could get us our exact flooring within a week. Which she did! Our Shaw Luxury Vinyl flooring arrived about 6 days. We ordered 65 cartons, 1229.15 sqft worth of flooring. Pricing wasnt lowest, but we wanted it sooner than a few more weeks out. The freight price was $250. This was because our flooring was not available locally. When the flooring arrived, Resa contacted us immediately and provided instructions on picking up our 65 cartons. We decided to pick it up on our own because delivery was another $250. We went with a U-Haul for about $42 total. There were some planks that were damaged but the policy is to reach out to the floor brand directly, which was Shaw. We held off on it because thought to have needed it. I was definitely afraid that we ordered less than what was needed. Once our flooring installation was completed, we were actually left with 8.5 cartons. Which is approximately 160sqft and about $667. Of course, the first thing we did was called to see what the return policy was. Since it wasn't just a couple of boxes or pieces, we are talking about a bedroom size worth of planks left. Unfortunately, we were disappointed to find out that we were short of 2 cartons for the return. Floor Coverings International requires minimum of 10 boxes for the return. That's a policy we didn't know of or on their site. So that's just an FYI for those who researched as much as we did! We just didn't consider having to return that much. we were also advised that maybe we would sell them on Facebook. But I don't feel comfortable with having to resell to strangers online . Overall, floor coverings will have you covered asap but get ready to pay some money for it and have the exact measurements because there are no refunds below ten cartons.

What a wonderful experience to have - a mobile show room come to your house. To have so many options to choose from and to be able to match your cabinets, carpet and vibe. The entire process from picking flooring to installation was easy and seamless. I would highly recommend them to anyone and I have!

We worked with Resa to redo all of the flooring in our new house. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. She brought samples to our house so we could see how the colors would work within our house. We ended up getting new carpet in the bedrooms and luxury vinyl planks throughout the rest of the house. Installation was great and we were able to come in under budget. I highly recommend this company!
