New location!

Very nice and clean depot, and the huge parking lot is a plus.

Entrance is not on the Fraser hwy, but on 84 Ave.

Been going to this outfit for a decade....the indo cdn manager has everyone (including other staff) on edge i have noticed before but i have not had issue until today....today she refused to accept my bottles bc one bag had a black colour even tho more see-thru than the blue bags i used....then she told all her staff not to credit my account and did not let me have the bag back....i left without making a scene feeling bullied! Not sure i can go again!

New location is clean and organize but you have to enter at the back along 84 ave. not Fraser Hwy. Staff are friendly and helpful.

I have been to numerous bottle depot in the Langley, Surrey area and not one even comes close to the customer service and professionalism of The Fleetwood Bottle Depot. I always bring in over 500+ plus recyclables in two large bags. At other depots that would complain about this and chastise me. Not at Fleetwood. You are greeted with a smile by there 5 regular employee and outstanding manager Sukie. I printed off my tags and no word of a lie they worked efficiently on my order immediately. I have never seen this done before. Most places you drop your bags and hope they are processed in 3 to 4 days not 15 minutes! I was floored as I used their location for the first time this week. I will gladly drive the 20K to be greeted with respect and a smile. They process your 0drop and go order before you often had a chance to wash your hands! The Fleetwood location is extremely clean and well organized. Sukie's employee are efficient and enthusiastic. At most other depots the employees have ear buds in and do their best to ignore you. Not at Fleetwood. I'm a huge fan and will continue to tell others in the side hustle canning community about them. They are a ray of sunshine in the bleak world of bottle depots. Encorp should single them out as to how to run a depot operation. Sukie - you are a tremendous manager. You should be training other managers in the bottle recycling community how to run an outstanding operation. If I could give a 10 STAR review I would. Hey we know we are all busy. But shorting your client is not cool at all. My dad is a very understanding person and trust you guy but shorten him $10 is not cool at all. Re-train your staff and show the client what they get. That’s basic customer service.

This is the new location of our local Return it shop and it's so much better. The place is large and clean. The parking is so much easier to access. Not having to pull into parking from Fraser Hwy is also a real improvement.
