First Onsite fell far short of their claim of delivering an exceptional service experience. We found their workmanship shoddy and their project manager Derken and site supervisor Kurtis were anything but proactive. In fact the project manager’s response to most every question was that he was too busy since he spends 8 hours on the road and then gets home to deal with 200-to-300 emails. Needless to say our concerns weren’t heard or dealt with.

First Onsite’s project manager used a multitude of excuses for not to dealing with the numerous deficiencies left undone when the job was supposedly complete. His final assertion was that our home was a “hostile workplace”, since senile senior citizen used emphatic language to request that a particular workman not be dispatched, was laughable.

First Onsite offered around 10% of what our insurance company ultimately paid to correct the problems First Onsite left behind.

One final thing worth noting is when I reviewed First Onsite’s invoices on what they charged to our insurance company: these invoices were padded with items not performed, or items duplicated on another invoice to the tune of 20%. For that reason I question this company honesty.

Regarding the company's reply where they claim - "Regarding your concerns about invoicing, we uphold strict ethical standards and are open to reviewing any specific discrepancies you have noted. Your feedback is important to us as we strive for continuous improvement in our services. Thank you." It is interesting they provide no way to contact the author with any specific discrepancies.

We highly recommend Tyler Dahlstedt and First Onsite. Tyler is professional, organized, and reliable – he arranged the follow-up with the contractors within an hour of his initial inspection. It's clear that he has strong relationships with his team. In addition to being competent and efficient, Tyler is friendly, informative, and really cares about his clients and the quality of services he provides.

Not the greatest experience. My insurance facilitated First Onsite to install new floors. I was told I needed 13 bags of leveling, for over $100.00 a bag, so I did as suggested, or "I would not be covered or insured". I think the pictures speak for themselves. Communication was very poor. Work was left incomplete, as per the empty closet with no baseboards put back. They were put everywhere but back there. Extra, spare baseboard pieces just left on the living room floor. My mirrored closet door was scratched, and not put back the same in the process. Chisilled wall from baseboard removal, and left a mess. Funiture was moved out to get the work done, so I signed off on stuff to not come back, and bought new stuff. One item not signed off on did not come back. I am okay letting it go, and understand misunderstandings happen, however I would like the items that were in that drawer. The program manager is refusing to acknowledge, claiming "there was no computer stand". I text him a picture in that moment face to face with no response. Overall not the greatest experience. Work started Oct 5th, and was complete Oct 21st, where I had to move out. I waited until now before writing a review, in hopes of First Onsite doing the right thing, and: acknowledging, and correcting errors made, including an apology. Apologies go along way.
