I cannot give these guys a better review! During the cold snap this month my pipes froze because some of my insulation fell from the belly of my mobile home. They showed up not only same day and did an emergency tarp job they didn’t even charge me!!!!!! They are absolutely wonderful I cannot be more thankful and blessed. Highly recommend.

We recently had First General fix our basement after a flood. The workers that came were amazing. Very friendly and hard working. The project manager on the other hand was VERY disorganized. We pretty much did his job for him. We had to call him each week to make sure he had things lined up, we even had to call the flooring company ourselves to tell them our basement was ready for flooring. Safe to say that we will never hire First General Services again.

Randy and the crew at First General showed up the morning after a flood and were immediately doing their best to keep us informed and comfortable. From day one they kept us updated and never left a question unanswered, which at a time like that makes all the difference. Every person on the crew working here was friendly and professional, and always very patient with the dozens of questions and mini crises that can pop up with such a huge project. Randy never left a call or text unanswered and did his best to make the process as smooth as it could be. There was just over a month from start to finish and the quality of their work was excellent. We can't thank them all enough, they definitely went above and beyond what you would expect from any company or contractor. Make them your first choice, hands down.

Regan Wildeman from First General took my call to help me cut down moisture content during the construction of my new project, with in an hour he was on site with the proper equipment to get the process going. We achieved desired results with in a day. First general has the right tools and experience to achieve results in various aspects of flood and restoration services. We had just moved out and somehow the water hose on our fridge got pinched during the move. We left for the night to stay in a hotel unaware of the issue when my husband came to meet cleaners the next afternoon he found water in the kitchen and running into the basement utility room. We were in Wainwright 3pm on Friday and our options were running out. When I called First General I was expecting the same answers I’d received from 2 prior call..no equipment available and sorry we are all booked. Regan took my call and was so great, I sent him pics and he’s recommended exactly what we needed to do…rented us everything we needed...totally saved our place. His guys came on Monday to pick up the equipment for us, they checked our walls and everything was dry with no water damage..so blessed he answered the phone and helped us! Thank you

We had our basement flood and First General came the same day to assess the situation. They are thorough, professional and very caring . They got right on the job to do what had to be done . They took everything out of the basement and totally renovated it back to the way it was . Actually better than it was before . They go over and above everything they do .
