Brought in 8 huge garbage bags and got $56 ... lots of liquor bottles. Normally at LEAST $10/bag...very shady.

Brought full truck load of wine bottles easily 200-250$ I've done it before. This time.. not even 80$. Clearly the system counts wrong so you get nowhere near what you would expect. Ok for a bag of recyclables maybe but for any large quantity seems somethings way off 🤷‍♂️. Its super obvious that they were told by management to say that they dont count its the machine that counts. Its a ripoff 💯Good luck!

NO STARS DESERVED, THESE GUYS WILL RIP YOU OFF IF YOU ARE NOT CAREFUL! I went there for a few years until one day I took in in 6 full bags of returns, ( not just plastic bottles). Yes, they are con artists and they need to be reported. Go to a place where they have automated turn tables and you'll be happy with the service also.i believe in karma, you do bad and bad will come, you do good and good will come in many ways

My son returned 3 extra large clear plastic bags full of bottles and received 20$ even?!? 85% of the return was glass wine and whiskey bottles, the rest was cans. There is no way that was a 20$ return!

I counted my bottles and got ripped off by the lady.
My count and her count were dollars in difference.
This is why I pre counted my bags.
This lady ripped me off.
I'm angered by this action.

Too bad can’t leave 0 stars. Every time I give these guys a chance to prove me wrong, they prove that I shouldn’t give them my business. Every time I’ve been there, I’m massively short changed. There are other honest bottle depots out there. Don’t deal with these crooks, you’ll lose every time

How does an entire truck full of wine bottles and liquor bottles ( ten plus full shopping carts) come out to 80 $ ?! Not to mention tons of 4L milk jugs ?! Not impressed. We will take our returns elsewhere.

They don't properly count their bottles and try to short you. I learned of this when I brought my bottles in and it seemed pretty low compared to other places I've been before. So the last time I brought them in, I had everything pre counted and organized via one bag (s) for under 1L and another bag(s) for over 1L. The Grand total count was 260. They only counted 220.

When I called them out on that and showed them my information on what I counted with what was recorded down in separate categories, they did nothing about it and accused me of mis counting my own bottles. They also have rarely been friendly at this location and have poor service in general. I will never come back here and recommend everyone to use the Kaska Road location for best reliability, service and friendliness of staff.
