Worst place ever. I came home to a notice on my door saying Disconnection is Scheduled for June 18-July 1. Is this how you guys treat customers after 1 missed payment equaling $166? No calls, just threatening mail notices. I'm usually 3 months ahead. What a waste of time and resources putting that on my doorhandle. If I could change provides, I would. Maybe and just maybe, before you send someone out with these threatening door mails. How about you pick up the phone and call the customer? Instead of wasting some poor souls time and energy with threatening mail to put on door handles.

Festival Hydro recently came to our house to fix a problem... well... things didn't go as planned and more issues were created. However, I want to commend Bryon and the whole team at Festival Hydro for doing everything they could to resolve these issues politely and as quickly as they were able to. This was a very complex situation and everyone was extremely helpful. Thank you. 🙂

Ice coming off the roof took my service down. Called and they were out disconnected the service electricians fixed it they came back hooked me back up all in matter of hours. Very thankful. Great customer service.

We setup service in July and have had no issues working with festival hydro. Had to have our water shutoff for some plumbing work and it was done on time as well. Happy with the service so far

Had a pleasant experience with their customer service team today. The representative was able to support my need quickly and promptly. Have never had an issue with billing or service over the past number of years. Wanted to provide a positive rating.

If only we had any choice about what hydro company we used, we would never pick festival.

The customer service is fine, but I've lived in many cities and NEVER have suffered with less reliable hydro. We lose hydro for several days a year (not consecutively, but often for 8+ hours in a day) and it almost never correlates with a storm or an accident. The transformer on my street has blown several times in the last 4 years but clearly the repair work isn't holding up.

A comedy of ineptitude.

My house's powerline was strung too low. Multiple trucks clipped it over the course of several months. Concerned, my wife called you folks and you sent a serviceman out. He looked at the line and promptly drove away. A few days ago - shockingly - a truck tore our power line in two. My wife called you again and asked the receptionist what she might do to warn passersby of the live cable laying strewn across the sidewalk. The response "uuuhhhhh, I don't know"
The serviceman who was dispatched was charmless and unapologetic during the process of restoring our power.

That was earlier this week. We are currently experiencing a random outage along with the rest of our block. The sky above is clear and the air is windless. I've tried calling the emergency line twice and have gotten a dial tone both times. I don't normally write bad reviews, but good almighty God in heaven. I'm sure that the court of public opinion holds little or no consequence for a government-adjacent organization, but for what it's worth i wouldn't pay my bill for this month unless I had to.

Been with this company about a month now. Have made a few calls to customer service for help with billing and online payments. Very helpful. Also had a gentleman visit for a service call. Was very friendly and took his time to do a good job even though it was a Saturday. I'm very please with my service from Festival so far.
