Very good pick up times. All was good until one of the employees took some blue paper towels on my property to relieve themselves. I am one of the few on my road that works my lot qnd keeps it clean. I called Fero and was told that it would be cleaned up. I said OK and there was no hard feelings. One week later "garbage" is still here. I shouldn't have to work around this. Worse part is, a restaurant with bathrooms is 1.4 km away, less than a minutes drive. Our old garbage pick up company in Harvey was not so disrespectful! I may post pics on social media at a later date. I would like to delete them and forget this happened.

Love our collection crew on College Hill! They're respectful, friendly and kind. They even had a treat and a smile for my nervous dog.
Given the difficult, hazardous, and often thankless, job they do in ALL types of weather, it would be easy to be grumpy. Five stars ?

They tasked out my garbage services to another company, and now because of that i have to throw my garbage out a different way because the new company just drives around with a pickup truck and the fero company truck would just pick your garbage bin up competely. Not happy. Now i cant throw away lose garbage in my over 100 dollar bin that i paid for to do just that.

We absolutely love our Fero garbage collector Luis! We live in downtown Fredericton and we look forward to seeing Luis every week. He is incredibly friendly, and so helpful and knowledgeable. 5 stars!

Id like to express my gratitude towards the professionalism this company held the other day when there was a spill from one of their truck at the end of my drive way (complete accident/vehicle malfunction). On our posted garbage day one of their trucks unfortunately leaked a bunch of hydraulic fluid. Their response to the spill was phenomenal, all said and done and cleaned up PROPERLY in less than 3 hours. Before they were done, a management rep came to my front door to explain his side of the situation and told me that they would replace the end of my driveway that they had to dig up because of the spill. I didn't expect a quick repair of that as it was late Friday afternoon when the spill happened, but less than 24 hours later there was a crew fixing my driveway! Thanks for the professionalism handling this situation FERO.

Monday I was off work and saw the garbage truck picking up our garbage.

The young fellow operating the truck took the time to put the trash bin down nicely and close the lid (as it was raining that day). Then I drove out of my neighbourhood and realised all the smaller trash cans without a lit were placed upside down after being emptied (so they wouldn't fill up with water).

I have to say, this is nice to see some attention to details.

(Now I just wish recycling pickup was upgraded: I'd like to use a large blue rolling bins for recycling instead of having multiple tiny bins, which is not convenient at all given recycling pickup here is only once a month.)

CAN ANYONE EXPLAIN TO ME WHY THE TRUCK JUST SHOWED UP TO FINALLY EMPTY OUR BIN BUT SAID HE COULDN'T BECAUSE THERE WASN'T ENOUGH ROOM AND I JUST TRIED TO GET THREW TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE AND KEPT GETTING ANSWERING MACHINES! DOES ANYONE ACTUALLY WORK THEIR IN CUSTOMER SERVICE?

I just watched the Fero operator dump my blue and grey recycling boxes in the truck and throw the boxes in my driveway. Paper fell out of the grey box as he dumped it into the truck and the operator never even bothered to try and pick it up he just drove off. I am tired of picking up after these guys. The incident occurred at 5:20 PM May 6, 2022 at 77 Somerset Dr. Hanwell NB. Terrible customer service!
