Recently had our hot water tank replaced. The gentlemen were very professional and efficient. Having it done in about an hour.

Also, last summer had them fix a leaking pipe on our toilet, our outside garden hose tap and our hot water tap for the washer. Done in 20 minutes. Even extended our garden hose tap so it wasn’t so tight to the house. Was a pleasant surprise.

I recently had my furnace, air conditioner, air exchanger and fireplace replaced by Ferguson Plumbing, Heating & Electrical. The installers showed up on the date and time scheduled and got to work right away. Joel and Kruse were very professional and worked pretty steady for the 3 full days it took. I was very impressed with their work ethic and pleased that everything was cleaned up afterward. I would recommend Fergusons to everyone looking for any of these services.

Had there electrician install two ceiling fans for us. He was so friendly and did the job very fast. For a reasonable price. Great job. I will be using this company for other things as well. Had a small issue with one if the fans but was corrected on second visit.

I had my 2019 A/C unit serviced which was working fine but it would not start up after the tech had finished, a new part was apparently needed. This added about $150 part/labour on top of the maintenance service as he had to return to the shop and I was charged for travel. The following week the air exchange blower stopped working, another $150, perhaps coincidental. I discussed my concerns with Jamie and he agreed Ferguson has added a step to their service checklist, to ensure the unit is operating before any work is done. Pleased that Jamie listened however a basic maintenance service cost became triple what I planned. If it ain’t broke, don’t touch it.
