Our 20 year old heat pump had a leak and we had to replace it due to freon prices. We selected Falcon to do the work and couldn’t be happier with the result. Falcon was the best value, offered the best products, and did an incredibly clean and professional installation.

I took my time to research the top three brands that had the highest reliability and then got a single quote from a vendor of the various models and features available from each brand. I then settled on a variable system from Trane. We then got quotes from three different Trane vendors on the different models and options.

We settled on the xv20i condenser with the TAMXB air handler and the UX360 thermostat. Of all the quotes we got for this combination, Falcon had the best pricing and as an added bonus it was comparable to what we saw online in different states. Carl was our sales person and he was the most professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating on scheduling of everyone we worked with. I also felt like he was the most transparent and not overselling.

An example of the worst vendor that gave me all the red flags refused to talk specifics or detailed pricing with me and instead kept telling me he only sells comfort at total installed prices (that were also the highest.) He also tried to ask for other vendors pricing up front ‘to make sure he was aligned’ with their quotes.

The installers from Falcon also did an incredible job as well. The quality of the installation was amazing - I couldn’t be happier with the final result. They worked a very long first day to get the job mostly wrapped up in one day. We also had quite a bit of custom work done to increase the return flow in our system and everything they did looks like they treated our house like they would their own - high quality craftsmanship and a clean installation. No shortcuts, cut corners, or poor workmanship I’ve had to get corrected with other big projects in the past.

Overall I can’t recommend Falcon enough and will definitely be recommending them to everyone as we all transition to new freon systems.

We had to have our hot water tank replaced and decided to go tankless. Ron at Falcon was wonderful to work with. He is knowledgeable, responsive and thorough. I appreciated his ability to handle a tense situation with a contractor from the gas company who decided to quit his job after installing our gas pump improperly. It could have proven to have been a long, drawn out process, but Ron and his team helped address the situation in real time. I recommend them highly!

Falcon gave us an appointment the same day, and the technician diagnosed the problem properly, and we only had to spend $99 on a new thermostat to fix our issue. Back up in one day!
