Steer clear of this scam outfit.

I ended up inadvertently doing business with Falcon Engineering for an energy audit when they acquired another business.

The technician did not bring the necessary equipment for a field test, and then I was charged for a second field test. In addition they billed an additional $900 for further services without any authorization. There were no quotes, nothing.

When it came to billing, there was no breakdown of hourly rates, hours worked or any other costs. No other professional office I've worked with is this inept.

When I complained there was no outreach from management and my payment was never recorded. It seems that no aspect of the business works as it should.

I imagine there are worse engineering offices out there, but you'll be hard pressed to find one.
