My husband and myself called to get a quote for a metal bin. After the dispatch manager was done I let her know that it would be delivered to lower reserve on the Penticton Indian Band land and that I was status and that the price should be tax exempt . She rudely cut me off and said “no it’s not!” She also added that she was “native too and knows how it works!” I tried to explain that yes indeed it is tax exempt on native land and she snapped back and said they weren’t set up for that! So I kindly said we’d go somewhere else and she snapped back again and said “seeeeeee-yaaaaaa!”
I found that to be very unprofessional! We ended up using the BinBoyz and they are amazing! And as soon as I mentioned tax free the woman I spoke to said yes of course! Ezbins lost our business due to your dispatch managers rude behaviour and her incompetence.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Please know that I have only ever left 2 bad reviews in all my years on google as I try to work issues and mistakes out and realize that sometimes mistakes get made. I ordered a bin from this company and had nothing but trouble. They were 2 hours late...Then, they marked my driveway with the bin by nothing putting down proper protection underneath and wouldn't do anything about it even though I had pictures to prove it! Lastly, when it came time for the bill, they charged me twice as much as it should have been citing that there was stuff in the load that shouldn't be there. I called and asked for pics of this for proof and they said they would send them but never did! This company is extremely greasy and dirty in the way it deals with customers. STEER CLEAR!!!

was doing a house demo out of penticton , first they told me they would dump a 40 yard bin , then a 36 shows up , then the single axial truck , is barely able to drive up a slight grade with an empty 36 yard , then the little lifting arm is not able to lift the load , so they have to send the tandem axial
and again his arm is barley able to lift the load then , so both trucks cant lift there own 36 yard bins wth they are 3/4 full , so they had me empty it out so they could hall it away then send another bin for me to fill a again .

it shows they have only been around for 2 years

save your self the grief , don't wast your time and money with these guys
