Al the owner took my call at 7.30 at night. We had an old septic tank blocked from receiving more flow from the bathroom and things were desperate. He was willing to come right out but we said we could wait until the morning. Not quite a total emergency - but close.

He came as arranged in the morning, a brief delay which he phoned us about, and did an excellent job. The tank was full and the old liner had blocked the outflow and the pipe from the bathroom. A very mucky job which was met with a smile from Al and his helper. They did a phenomenal job that would tide us over for a year, even though replacement was booked for a couple of months ahead.

Al was very knowledgeable and friendly and at the end of the job the bill was much less than we expected. Very fair. We were thrilled and have been recommending him to everyone we know !

Al has been in business for a number of years and apparently he gets great reviews that get captured by the credit card company but never make it to Google.

These are a local Oceanside business and it is great to have someone so efficient with such great customer service in an industry where the consumer is very vulnerable at the hands of the supplier.

Friendly husband and wife team that provide a fast, efficient and friendly service. We were unsure of the location of our septic tank and with uncanny ability Al was able to find its location, pump it out and give us a reassuring update on its condition. Being unfamiliar with septics systems, it was great to have someone take the time to answer all my questions and let us know that we could call anytime for advice. Highly recommended!! What a great company and owner. Al was great to deal with and was cost effective and great at what they do. Made an old 1970's system spotless then came back gave it another clean out previous to us installing a new one. Guaranteed EZ Flow and Al will be looking after our new system for years. Highly recommend!

I just had Al and Gerald come out and pump my septic tank, they were courteous enough to phone and let me know they'd be a little bit late, they were friendly, fast, left no mess, and the pricing was great. I'll definitely give them a call again in another few years when it's due. Thanks guys!

Legit five stars and they didn't even come to my house (yet)! My septic was backing up and I couldn't tell exactly what was wrong. Al walked me through taking the lid off the tank and checking to see if it was a full tank or a blockage somewhere else. Turns out I need a plumber. He's definitely got a new customer when I actually do need the tank pumped.
