Hi, we have currently had Exchange Energy assist us in solving some ongoing issues we have had with our ductless heat pump. We were dealing with the prior ownership over two years and making no headway whatsoever.

Enter the new ownership; after one conversation we had a direction which was promptly and professionally followed up on and we finally have a system operating in the manner intended.

The team were very friendly and made themselves available to answer all my questions. I would highly recommend this company.

I had an error code that needed a tech. Mike came out as soon as possible and fixed the issue quickly. He was very communicative and answered all our questions with a smile.

The fellow ( I forget his name) that came from Exchange Energy to service our heat pump was very personable and knowledgeable. He arrived on time asked questions and listened to what I had to say. He had been to service our heat pump in past years. Very nice to have consistent, efficient, technicians instead of someone new each time. We definitely recommend this company.
