Brent was amazing! Very quick replies and final reports were received same day. I had a fairly short subject removal date and Brent was the first to reply to me the same day and even late at night which helped with my work schedule. Brent did a thorough inspection and went over everything with me. His reports are easy to follow and digital which is awesome. Price was good and payment methods were easy. Brent was realistic and honest about his findings which helped a new home purchaser. Brent made my first home purchase inspection experience very easy

Brent did a very thorough inspection of the home we are about to purchase and helped us make an informed decision. Brent was very professional and thorough in his inspection. He had photos, video and the write up done that day. We walked through and looked at every detail of the property. He had a rating system for major red flags down to nice to fix. I would definitely recommend him for any further purchases for myself or my family if anybody’s looking to purchase a new home.

Brent was fabulous to deal with, and I HIGHLY recommend his services. He spent a lot of time at the property, thoroughly checking everything for our peace of mind. I was impressed he accommodated us while we were out of town by spending the extra time to thoroughly walk us through the property by video, discussing all aspects of the home. His report on the home was very detailed, but also very easy to read as it prioritized repairs needed from 'urgent' to 'future'. What's more, he's proved that his service is not just 'one and done'... he really provides any ongoing support or help needed. We felt really well taken care of and would 100% use him again. I would happily recommend Brent and Examina to anyone looking for a pre-purchase home inspection on the Sunshine Coast.
I’m glad I came to do the inspection summary in person as Brent took the time to walk me through all the potential areas of concern, highlighted which would likely need tradesmen to remedy and which could be done myself.
We felt reassured when it came to removing subjects that we had a thorough understanding of the state of the property and any remedial work the seller needed to undertake. He highlighted a faulty Heat-pump, which is being replaced, so that alone saved us many times the inspection fee!
Oh, and he’s a really nice guy too.
