I have to say I’m very disappointed with the service here, I called to have someone come and give us a quote for a water softener we did have somebody come by. He seemed very knowledgeable. I emailed back-and-forth with him. Everything seemed good. I said OK. I would like to go ahead with the installation and then I heard nothing back. I called multiple times left messages or talk to somebody at the front desk and they said that it had been handed off to so-and-so and that they would get back to me. I called four or five times and never received any phone calls back from them after that. Very disappointed because I really wanted to go local, but I chose to go somewhere else

Absolutely do not purchase from this company! Unless you want to be mocked when a smoker that you purchased from them blows up and they insinuate that you are filthy and have never cleaned your device before! Brad is condescending and arrogant and I would not recommend my worst enemy! Not only have, we contacted him for multiple years over issues about our smoker, but the final straw of it blowing up and getting mocked, I will never support this small town company again!

We had a very poor interaction with Everything H2O in Sylvan Lake. We called to get our hot tub cleaned, refilled and treated. An employee came to the house, tested the water and took photos of the hot tub. I told the employee that the water did not need to be tested because it was simply untreated water from the house as we just needed to fill it so the pipes would not freeze.

Once he gathered this information he said Everything H2O would call us back shortly with a plan to sort out the hot tub.

They never called. We called Everything H2O multiple times to find out and they said that the technician would call us back.

No one ever called.

We went into Everything H2O to talk to someone and they had our water test results (which we never asked for) and said they could have someone come and it would be $315 but would not schedule a time to come to the house. After the terrible service to date, I was not about to trust a company to actually come clean it once they had our money without a scheduled date to do the cleaning.

I would have expected a deposit or pay upon service completion. I do not recommend Everything H2O in Sylvan Lake, their customer service was terrible, did not provide any other solutions and were not professional.

This has been the sixth time I have gone in to everything H2O, Sylvan Lake, simply to just get a refill. I have had poor interactions with three of the staff members no acknowledgement whatsoever no hello and the girl at the front is always on the phone and very rude, the times open do not make sense and they should be open on a Saturday or at least be open until six or seven weekdays. If it wasn’t for family having an account there - I would go elsewhere.

Oh my Gosh! Where have you guys been my whole life I purchased an 'Only one' Whole House Water cleaning system in the spring of 2020. These guys are the best in the business and they know what they are talking about. I no longer have iron staining on my new washing machine or dishwasher. The new tub and all the sinks and plumbing fixtures look fantastic all the time! My laundry no longer stinks and I can now buy white clothes again. Even my husband's hair is now a distinguished silver instead of that dull slight orange. The best part, the nausea is no longer a part of my life. I can tell that my health is coming back on track.
When they told me about this product I wasn't sure but I knew I needed something to change. All the staff were patient with us and explained everything beautifully. They took as much time as we needed and never pushed or rushed. Now that the unit is installed (great, polite and efficient installers as well) and has been running for several months, I realize that everything they told us was the absolute truth and nobody exaggerated anything. I have absolutely no regrets and I wish this machine existed years ago.
I would absolutely recommend Everything H20 in Sylvan Lake and Rocky and I hope to return when it is time for a Hot Tub!

Who love our hot tub. My wife and I decided to treat ourselves to a hot tub for our 40 th birthdays. We shopped around central Alberta and decided to purchase from Tanner at Everything H2O in Sylvan lake. He was very knowledgable and was excellent to deal with answering all our questions as we were first time hot tub owners. He encouraged us to "test drive" the tub we picked out right in the show room after hours. This was a good thing as we ended up choosing a different model. Installation was as smooth as the purchase. We recommend Everything H2O in Sylvan Lake.
