Called for a water shutoff and restart and and spoke with two very pleasant and friendly customer service agents. I was advised that their technicians would arrive between 0800 and 0900. They arrived at 0759. When they reactivated my service I was advised they would arrive between 1200 and 1300. They arrived at 1155. Both technicians were also friendly and pleasant. Thanks Enwin !!

I had water severely leaking from my meter. Of course it happens on a Sunday! I had someone come over to temporarily fix it but it's not that easy, as they had to remove the seal. I contacted Enwin to come make the proper repair & reattach a new seal. They sent a young gentleman from Heller Group. He was very thorough & explained everything he did & why this happened. I would highly recommend both companies

I hate to write reviews like this, but I have never experienced such service like this over the phone in my entire life.

I called to ask questions regarding why bills were constantly sent to our house after selling the house 2 months ago, and Susan had picked up on the line to help us. From the very beginning, she was hostile and rude when we asked questions. It seemed that she was annoyed we had so many questions and spoke to us as if we were ignorant.

At one point during our conversation, she stated “Ma’am, they will keep sending you bills if you don’t pay it. That’s why you keep receiving the bills”. I called multiple times and spoke to a nicer representative who explained that our last bill was another fee, hence why we didn’t pay this “final” one until it was all cleared up. I then told her we always pay our bills, but we wanted to make sure this bill was final and accurate as they sent us so many stating they were all “final”. She responded with “good” with such an attitude. The way she handled it was extremely unprofessional with her belittling and aggressive attitude towards someone who is supposed to do their jobs.

Again, this is SUSAN from ENWIN utilities. She will treat you with no respect. The company should really retrain their staff after a certain time period because our verbal interaction with SUSAN was vile.

Used their online service to report the MANY streetlights out around the city. 3 months later not a single one of these lights has been fixed all are still out. Even reported one that was rapidly flashing that could potentially be hazardous to an epileptic individual. Lights on wasting electricity during daylight hours. Still broken. I get things take time but pretty sure they outright ignore these reports because 3+ months is ridiculous. Dark streets should be their new motto

Of Windsor has to deal with ENWIN for their hydro.

I had a situation where the previous owner have not transferred the account.

I myself contacted them to transfer the account to my name as a new owner and they asked for required documents.

I have provided them with all the required documents and followed up with them multiple times asking for an updated (Note: they never responded to my email nor called me for any questions they had)

Once they mentioned they are reviewing the documents which I have sent.

On one
fine day with out any PRIOR NOTICE some technician showed up and cut off the power.

When asked he asked me to reach out to ENWIN.

When I have reached out to them they said they have sent the technician to cut the power off because the previous owner was not answering their call.

Really if the previous owner who is not living in the property doesn’t answer then the present one should suffer ?

Irony is the same documents we have submitted again and they now considered the docs to change the ownership and asked us to stay with out power from morning 11am - till now ( 9PM EST)

When called emergency they said they will be visiting us by 5 then it went till 8 and now it’s 9pm still no one showed up.

This is high time Windsor city to change the contract with ENWIN and go with other vendors.

If given the option I would have opted for -100 for their service.

I’m originally from London, the power would go out here and there but would typically come back within 3 hours MAX. Today, July 12, 2025, the power went out at around 2pm. The time writing this it’s 10:34pm and still no power. My food is smelling up the kitchen and I had JUST done groceries today. This absolutely sucks, their website is a joke to be honest because it says that power in my area was projected to be back on by 7:30pm…then 9:30pm…now it’s not even showing anything. Some places have it showing for 12am. I’ve NEVER gone without power for this long in London with the London Hydro companies, ENWIN, something needs to change.

Most greedy company ever, don't work with you or try to help. The cost of water waste is absolutely disgusting. I can't wait to never have to deal with this company again!! Also we don't have to be here when they turn off our water but we have to take a day off work to get it turned on. Makes zero sense. Horrible company
