Thank you for coming to my son's 2nd birthday party. He is obsessed with Trash Trucks and you made his day so very special.
He got to experience inside and out of that trash truck. I have never seen him smile so much.
Your staff was so kind helping set all this up for my son as well. Along with the special E360 Trash truck you gave him for a gift!! We cannot thank you all at E360 enough!!

Their driver drove over a post behind my garage. Their supervisor, Allan Ross, acts like this is nothing and doesn't care. I am waiting for almost two months now for a reply and repair, but I am being ignored by this guy and conpany - obviously he thinks damage done to someone else's property is not worth his time. I wonder why I am paying so much taxes and garbage fees. I will initiate legal steps against them and have a conversation with the county and village about such an arrogant behaviour !

Don’t sign up! They will trap you in a 5 year term which automatically renews for 3 years with only a narrow window to get out! And threaten legal action against you for trying to get out of it. This is only written in the fine print and they will not tell you this up front!

We had a bin overfill after a construction project at our business called for an extra dump. The driver came during our open hours looked at it drove away without talking to anyone. We could have easily unloaded it while he was there. Now we are inconvenienced with a over full dumpster until they are out.

A one minute conversation is all it would have took. We would have helped level the bin no problem.

It was also overflowing with insulation which they deemed to dangerous to dump.

The previous company we were dealing with out of Camrose was trying to extort us into using their services WAY more than we agreed to. Leanne from E360S came into our office that day and I spoke to her. She emailed us exactly what we had discussed and we had a bin right away. We have had absolutely NO problems with this company. When we call for a pick up, Alesha is always wonderful to speak with. They are prompt and have never missed a pick up. One day the driver forgot to lock our bin after dumping it and he called to let us know he may have forgotten to replace the lock. NO BIG DEAL.... we went out and locked the bin. We really appreciated the call from the driver. We recommend this business!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Beware of this company they will lock you in with a contract that only benefits them and then charge you large amounts to cancel.

We had garbage service through CanPak prior to them being sold to E360. Once we were under E360 they were never on time and frequently did not have a truck available to empty our bin. This was strike 1. We left that company paying $200 in fees for bin retrieval. We then signed with WasteCo who we were very happy with. When they sold to E360 we were emailed a docusign contract with no explanation. The price was increasing substantially with no notice. I contacted the company and asked for an explanation on why our price was increasing and why I was not notified prior to this. They explained the new contract however it was not explained with transparency. This new contract was processed as a renewal for another 3 years. I never would have agreed to another 3 years due to our history with E360 and had explicitly mentioned that I wanted to keep our contract start date from when we joined with wasteco. However this was all over a phone call and not in writing so I have learnt me lesson.

It was not explained as a renewal but rather an update on paperwork with E360 and again this was only given once I reached out about the price increase. Fast forward to today where they have again increased prices with a “fuel surcharge”
every month. We have decided to cancel our service but due to this “new contract” we are unable to cancel unless we pay over $400. I take full ownership with not reading this new contract as thoroughly as I should have and I should have dealt with everything in writing and not a phone call. But the way this has been dealt with has been so unprofessional. The “manager” they connected us with when we raised our concerns had no idea what was going on and was from a different office with no access to our account. Every person we have spoken with has been very rude ever since my initial call when I said I wanted to cancel.

I would NEVER recommend this company. How this was handled was beyond unprofessional. I feel tricked and mislead. If you do decide to go with them make sure you read through all the paperwork very thoroughly as they will lock you in and then make you pay large amounts to leave.

This company was good at the beginning. After that they told us they couldn't serve us any more as our material in the bin are way too heavy for their service. We are totally understand and ok with the termination.
But they charged us the full month service which we only use 1 service out of 4 services and they told us bc the bin is still in our yard for the whole month, so they would need to charge for the whole moth. This is their problem of not pick up the bin and leave us has no space for the new bin. At the end we have to pay for that. What a ridiculous excuse.
