Apparently it’s okay to drive on people’s lawns and leave ruts all over as well as leaving garbage piles behind during projects (happened during March). They sent a letter in the mail saying they would restore the property to the original conditions once the project was completed. 2 months after project completion still nothing done so a phone call was made. They said they’d send someone out. Someone came out and all that happened was a wee bit of dirt thrown into the ruts and said that’s it.
Ended up repairing damages on own time and expense. Hopefully this doesn’t happen to other property owners in the future.

Apparently they only have an outage number during business hours...(basically less than the worst bank) that's super helpful. Powers been out about an hour and flickered once. Map shows nothing. All offices closed leading to an endless loop of said message and report a power outage press # which in turns leads to closed message again. Very unprofessional. I miss when this was a public utility. Privatization has absolutely killed the price and service. Notice they all still make their bonuses at the top though... did you really need to cut weekend crews...

They close around 1:30pm even though the hours are 4pm on google. Their mail box is full and no email is on the site to leave your concern to be contacted.
It took 2 months to set up a new account due to an administrative error and instead of amending it on their end they make you re enroll for an account and puts you at the end of a queue for new accounts which takes for ever. They are not able to back date and causes issues between tenant and landlord.
Very horrible service. They must be severely short staffed which os odd for a hydro provider who must make more than enough covering a highly dense area to have staff on site or from home working. They do not handle their accounts efficiently or in a timely manner.

I had an account with them for a year. It was one of the worst experiences in my life. The most unfriendly customer service representative I've ever had as well as poor support. They only care about getting money from people. They don't inform people properly so that they can get some extra money from people. They take deposit when you open an account, but good luck getting those back. I wish I could give them negative star, and I really hope that I will never have to deal with them.

We just purchased a new home and they cut our power within a week and a half (we haven’t even moved in yet). They cut our power on a Thursday night and I setup the online account and called Friday multiple times (6 times and different times of the day) and it goes to “please stay on the line” and there’s no audio from the other side and no one answers. I called back and chose to report an outage, same thing, no answer and it stays on hold. Lastly, I went to their website to report an outage as we have a big winter storm today and there’s a link to press and report and outrage, it then says “woops that link does not exist”. Total failure of a company.

Worst customer service found ever. Since April, I am getting issues of either getting billed for 2 months or not getting billed for a month and then getting 2 months of bill. They had some correction in the date on which I get billed and auto debited monthly.
I called them almost every month about the issue i am facing and every agent keeps saying, "It is resolved now, and you won't face this issue again". And guess what's in the next month, same issue is repeated : Either I get billed for 2 months or get a bill skipped for a month and same repeats again.
No one is able to resolve my issue and every agent or supervisor keeps saying it will be resolved.
Hope it gets resolved now some day!!
