Trying to pay my bill, did not receive it due to the postal strike. Calling at 1:30pm on a Thursday, it's saying the office is closed. Google page says they are open, how do I pay my bill that I haven't received?

Worst company ever they employ the rudest most NON customer friendly people to represent them ... is that an actual requirement enova? To be rude to customers and ignore them in the middle of a conversation? The people that come out to get payment are the absolute worst ... I'm honestly saving up to get solar energy that's the best way to go anyways. ENOVA DO BETTER!

Public utility office - you only visit when you most certainly have to! I haven’t had any bad experiences so far. Staff is courteous (in-person and on the phone). Recently interacted on the phone and online regarding new account setup and cancellation of old one. Just had a 10 min wait on the phone followed by prompt service via online form and email.

I would give them a 0 star if I could! We just got a brand new driveway installed and they SPRAY PAINTED it! When ever you call the number, it just puts you in an infinite loop and no one picks up.

Update:
-I drove to the office since their phone system doesn’t work… (you press 1 or 2 and it just routes you back to the same greeting. An infinite loop. Press 0 and it says invalid response. Seems like they’ve poorly invested in a subpar IVR.) I was greeted by a employee who was very understanding after having to prove it was Enova (after I showed her the video)
she provided me with some contact information as there wasn’t anything she could do.

I understand locates are required, however, these locates were also completed in May and nothing was done. I intentionally waited to do my driveway so it wouldn’t get painted (since the old one that was ripped up did!) There was workers here 2 days prior to my driveway being installed for the locate work or “dig” and failed to complete the work… the locates then expired after my driveway was installed.

This paint also doesn’t come off easily, as it’s still on my neighbours driveway from the previous locates that we’re done in may.

I understand this is for the safety of your workers but maybe do the job correct the first time or find another way other than spray paint.

*update* so the work was for my next door neighbour- they did zero work on any lines to our home yet- spray paint is still on our driveway months later. You guys are absolute trash. (Especially when you call)

December 19, 2023 at 11:20am truck number 058 cut me off on Victoria street by not stopping for a stop sign, then swerved all over the road blocking two lanes of traffic. Might want to do a sobriety test on this driver as he's not fit to be driving, and shouldn't be behind the wheel of a vehicle.

Update: There is no doubt that you are covering up for an addict and your managers description of the interaction is a lie. In the future I will pull over and deal with this individual myself. Fair warning.

Can you please turn up the message recorder or fix the extremely low volume on you answering system. There are customers with hearing impairments that are struggling to hear what 300 numbers to push to speak to a customer service rep. No complaint on them, never had an issue, always polite and helpful.

This company threatened to turn off our power without the legally required 14 day shut off notice over a small overage fee. When we called the company the next day the staff was rude and hung up on us. Don't let this company shake you down with their greed.

Encounter number 2. WHAT A JOKE OF A COMPANY. Been a customer for 10 years. Never missed a payment. Transferred to a new address the agent that set it up said my $150 deposit was waved. I get my first bill and there it is. Slapped with a $300+ bill. The MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY I have EVER delt with. TRAIN YOUR STAFF AND REVIEW YOUR POLICY'S Enova.

Encounter number 1. Called in to transfer an account into my name and the customer support was rude. She said, don't trust bad reviews on the internet. IMAGINE LOL - what a joke. Train your staff.
